Claims (4)
- ハウジング内に筒状の直動部材をスライド自在に組込み、その直動部材の軸心上に電動モータを駆動源として回転駆動される回転軸を設け、その回転軸と前記直動部材の相互間に、回転軸の回転運動を直動部材の直線運動に変換する回転・運動変換機構を設けた電動式直動アクチュエータにおいて、
前記直動部材が、前記ハウジング内にスライド自在に嵌合された円筒部材と、その円筒部材のハウジング開口端側に位置する先端部に結合されて、円筒部材の先端開口を閉塞する押圧部材からなり、前記押圧部材は、円盤部の片面外周部に円筒部を設けたものであり、前記円筒部の外径面は、開口端に向かって小径となるように大径円筒面、中径円筒面および小径円筒面が軸方向に設けられており、前記小径円筒面が前記円筒部材の先端部内径面に圧入固定され、前記ハウジングの先端部と前記直動部材の先端部間を密封するブーツを備え、前記ブーツの小径側の一端部が前記押圧部材の中径円筒面の外径に取り付けられ、前記押圧部材と円筒部材の結合部を前記ブーツの内側としたことを特徴とする電動式直動アクチュエータ。 - 前記押圧部材の先端面に、被駆動部材に設けられた回り止め突起が係合可能な回り止め溝を設けた請求項1に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記回転・運動変換機構が、前記直動部材の内径面と前記回転軸の外径面間に遊星ローラを組み込み、その遊星ローラを前記回転軸を中心にして回転可能なキャリヤにより回転自在に支持し、前記直動部材の内径面に螺旋凸条を設け、前記遊星ローラの外径面に、前記直動部材の内径面に設けられた螺旋凸条と同一ピッチで螺旋凸条が噛合する円周溝、または、螺旋凸条と同一ピッチでリード角が異なり螺旋凸条が噛合する螺旋溝を設け、前記回転軸の回転により、その回転軸との摩擦接触により遊星ローラを自転および公転させて前記直動部材を軸方向に移動させる構成とされた請求項1または2に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 電動式直動アクチュエータによりブレーキパッドを直線駆動し、そのブレーキパッドでディスクロータを押圧して、そのディスクロータに制動力を付与するようにした電動式ブレーキ装置において、
前記電動式直動アクチュエータが請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータからなり、その電動式直動アクチュエータにおける直動部材の閉塞端壁にブレーキパッドを接続したことを特徴とする電動式ブレーキ装置。
