Claims (8)
- 外輪の内径面に形成された軌道溝と、内輪の外径面に形成された軌道溝間にボールを組み込み、そのボールを保持器で保持し、前記外輪軌道溝の両側に形成された一対の肩および内輪軌道溝の両側に形成された一対の肩の合計4つの肩のうち、外輪軌道溝の一側の肩および内輪軌道溝の他側の肩の肩高さを、外輪軌道溝の他側の肩および内輪軌道溝の一側の肩の高さより高くし、その高さの高い肩の肩高さをH1、ボールの球径をdとしたとき、ボールの球径dに対する肩高さH1の比率H1/dを0.25〜0.50の範囲とし、前記保持器が、ボール保持用の半球状ポケットを軸方向の一側部に有する第1分割保持器と、その第1分割保持器の内側に嵌合され、ボール保持用の半球状ポケットを軸方向の他側部に有する第2分割保持器とで形成され、その第1分割保持器と第2分割保持器とを連結手段により連結して軸方向に非分離とし、油浴に一部が浸かっている深みぞ玉軸受において、
前記第1分割保持器および第2分割保持器のそれぞれに形成されたポケットの内周面が前記ボールの外周に沿う球状であるとともに、前記第1分割保持器および前記第2分割保持器のそれぞれに、前記ボールの外周に沿うように、前記ポケットの内周面に径方向溝が形成されており、前記径方向溝が、各分割保持器の外径面から内径面に至っており、
前記第1分割保持器の内径は、ボールのピッチ円径に等しく、前記内輪軌道溝の他側の肩の外径は、前記第1分割保持器の内径よりも小さく、
前記第1分割保持器に形成された前記径方向溝は、前記第2分割保持器と径方向に重ならないように配置されていることを特徴とする深みぞ玉軸受。 - 前記第1分割保持器および第2分割保持器のそれぞれが、合成樹脂の成形品からなる請求項1に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記合成樹脂が、ポリアミド樹脂からなる請求項2に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂が、ポリアミド46、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド9Tのうちの一種からなる請求項3に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記合成樹脂が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂からなる請求項2に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記合成樹脂が、ポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂からなる請求項2に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記合成樹脂が、ポリフタルアミド樹脂からなる請求項2に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- ヘリカルギヤが設けられたシャフトを一対の転がり軸受で回転自在に支持した軸受装置において、
前記一対の転がり軸受が、請求項1乃至7のいずれかの項に記載の深みぞ玉軸受からなることを特徴とする軸受装置。
