Claims (2)
- 基板の基板端子に接触して電気的に接続する接触部と、前記接触部を収容するバレル部とを備えたコンタクトであって、
前記接触部は、前記基板と接続する際の接続方向への相対的なスライド動作の初期に前記基板の前記基板端子に当接し前記スライド動作に伴って傾倒する第1接点部と、
前記第1接点部の前記傾倒に伴って前記基板側へ揺動し前記第1接点部の前記基板端子への当接から遅れて前記基板端子に接触する第2接点部と、
前記第1接点部と前記第2接点部との間に延在し、前記第1接点部の前記傾倒に伴って前記バレル部側に押圧され当接するコンタクト支点部と、を有し、
前記バレル部は、前記接触部を収容する収容壁面部に前記コンタクト支点部を支持する突出支持部を有するとともに、前記接触部と当接する収容底面部とを有し、
前記コンタクト支点部と前記突出支持部との接触面をいずれも圧延面とし、
前記接触部は、前記収容底面部と当接する底面部と、前記底面部より斜め上方に傾斜する傾斜面部と、前記第1接点部の近傍で上方にU字状に屈曲する第1屈曲部と、前記第2接点部の近傍で下方にU字状に屈曲する第2屈曲部とを有し、
前記バレル部は、前記底面部の一端を加締める加締め部を有することを特徴とするコンタクト。 - 前記バレル部は、前記収容底面部の一端にバーリング加工を施したバーリング部を有し、前記バーリング部は、前記底面部に設けた穴部と係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンタクト。
