Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell current collector sheet for extracting electricity from a back contact solar cell element.
In recent years, solar cells as a clean energy source have attracted attention due to the growing awareness of environmental issues. Generally, a solar cell module constituting a solar cell has a configuration in which a transparent front substrate, a front surface side sealing material sheet, a solar cell element, a back side sealing material sheet, and a back surface protection sheet are laminated in order from the light receiving surface side. Yes, it has a function of generating power when sunlight enters the solar cell element.
A plurality of solar cell elements that generate power inside the solar cell module are usually provided inside the solar cell module, and are configured to obtain necessary voltages and currents by connecting them in series and parallel. . In order to wire a plurality of solar cell elements inside a solar cell module, for example, a solar cell current collector sheet in which a metal foil that becomes a circuit is laminated on the surface of a resin sheet as a base material is used (patent) Reference 1).
By the way, the solar cell element includes a light receiving surface for receiving sunlight and a non-light receiving surface located on the back side thereof. In order to increase the light receiving efficiency of the sunlight on the light receiving surface, electrodes are arranged on the light receiving surface. First, a back contact type solar cell element in which a plurality of electrodes having different polarities are arranged on a non-light-receiving surface is known.
There are various types of back contact solar cell elements. Metal wrap-through (MWT) method or emitter wrap-through (EWT) comprising a semiconductor substrate having a plurality of through-holes penetrating the light-receiving surface and the non-light-receiving surface, and having a plurality of electrodes having different polarities on the non-light-receiving surface In addition to the solar cell element of the type, there is also a solar cell element having a structure having no through hole.
Here, the solar cell module is required to have high weather resistance that can withstand use under severe conditions over a long period of time. Therefore, the back surface protection sheet to be arranged on the outermost layer lower layer side of the solar cell module and the current collecting sheet are firmly integrated in advance before modularization, and the back surface protection layer integrated current collector By setting it as a sheet | seat, the weather resistance of a solar cell module can be improved and productivity can also be improved simultaneously. For this reason, development of a current collector sheet integrated with a back surface protection layer having the above-described configuration is also in progress.
On the other hand, the back surface protection sheet for the solar cell module integrated with the current collector sheet is required to have high weather resistance and has high moisture resistance and gas barrier properties in order to protect the solar cell element from moisture and oxygen. It is required to have. From such a viewpoint, conventionally, a laminated sheet obtained by laminating a metal foil such as an aluminum foil on a weather-resistant substrate has been used as a back surface protective sheet. (Refer patent document 2) If this lamination sheet and a current collection sheet | seat are integrated, the current collection sheet | seat excellent in a weather resistance, moisture resistance, and gas barrier property can be obtained.
However, when a circuit is formed on a laminate including a metal barrier layer, the immersion liquid used in the etching process for forming the circuit touches the metal barrier layer exposed from the end face of the laminate, so that the metal barrier layer is configured. There was also a problem of damaging the metal foil.
When the metal foil is damaged by the etching immersion liquid, not only the appearance is deteriorated and the design property is lowered, but also the delamination near the end face of the laminated body due to the removal of the metal foil or the gas barrier property is lowered. A problem occurs.
In order to avoid damage to the metal barrier layer during the manufacturing process, it is also possible to manufacture the current collector sheet by a process of laminating the metal barrier layer after the etching process. However, such a manufacturing method is not preferable in that the number of steps increases, the lead time becomes long, and the productivity is significantly reduced.
The present invention has been made in view of the situation as described above, and has a metal barrier layer and is excellent in weather resistance and water vapor barrier properties. It aims at providing the manufacturing method of the current collection sheet | seat for solar cells which can be manufactured under property.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have found a metal between the resin base material layer and the so-called back surface protective layer in the conventional back surface protective layer integrated solar cell current collector sheet. A step of forming a weather resistant laminate having a barrier layer further disposed thereon, and a step of cutting an end of the laminate after a step of forming a circuit made of metal by etching treatment on the surface of the weather resistant laminate, By carrying out sequentially in this order, it discovered that the solar cell current collection sheet | seat excellent in a weather resistance and water vapor | steam barrier property could be produced under very high productivity, and came to complete this invention. Specifically, the present invention provides the following.
(1) A method for manufacturing a solar cell current collector sheet disposed on the back side of a back contact solar cell element for internal wiring in a solar cell module, comprising a resin base layer, a metal barrier layer, and a resin weathering layer And a weather-resistant laminate forming step for forming a weather-resistant laminate, and laminating a metal foil on the surface of the resin base material layer constituting the weather-resistant laminate, and then etching the metal foil A method for producing a solar cell current collector sheet, comprising: a circuit forming step for forming a circuit; and an end cutting step for cutting an end portion of the weatherable laminate on which the circuit is formed.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the solar cell current collector which has a metal barrier layer and is excellent in a weather resistance and water vapor | steam barrier property, and can manufacture the collector sheet for solar cell integrated with a back surface protective layer with high productivity. A sheet manufacturing method can be provided.
Hereinafter, the solar cell current collector sheet according to the present invention can be preferably used, and the solar cell current collector sheet according to the present invention and the solar cell current collector sheet according to the present invention will be described. The detail of the manufacturing method of a current collection sheet | seat is demonstrated sequentially.
<Back contact solar cell element>
First, a back contact type solar cell element 1 having a through hole in which the solar cell current collector sheet of the present invention can be preferably used will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing the solar cell element 1.
The solar cell element 1 includes an N-pole light-receiving surface-
In this specification, the solar cell element 1 in which the light receiving surface side element is the N pole and the non-light receiving surface side element is the P pole, that is, the
Specific examples of back contact solar cell elements having through
In addition, the solar cell element which can use the

The solar cell
The solar cell

The resin
Those that satisfy such a requirement and can be used as a material resin of the resin
The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the material resin of the resin
The
The metal forming the
In the solar cell
Here, in the weather
In order to secure the adhesive force between the resin
The resin weather

In the weather-
In addition to the resin
What is necessary is just to set suitably the thickness of the weather-resistant

The insulating filling layer 23 is formed on the upper surface of the
As a filler for forming the insulating filling layer 23, an insulating resin such as a thermosetting resin, an ultraviolet curable resin, or an ionizing radiation curable resin can be used. The thickness of the insulating filling layer 23 is preferably 5 μm or more and 25 μm or less. From the viewpoint of obtaining necessary insulating properties, it is necessary that the thickness is 5 μm or more. On the other hand, if the thickness exceeds 25 μm, further insulating effect cannot be obtained, and the pattern formation of the

<Method for producing solar battery collector sheet>
The solar cell current collector sheet according to the present invention is a manufacturing method in which a weather-resistant laminate forming step and a circuit forming step are essential steps. By performing these steps as shown below, a solar cell current collector sheet integrated with a back surface protective layer having a metal barrier layer and excellent weather resistance and water vapor barrier properties is produced with high productivity. can do.

Next, an etching mask (not shown) patterned in the shape of a desired
Next, an etching process is performed. This process is a process of removing the conductive layer in a portion not covered with the etching mask with an immersion liquid. Through this treatment, the conductive layer is removed from the conductive layer except for the portion to be the
Next, a stripping process for removing the etching mask is performed using an alkaline stripping solution. By this process, the etching mask is removed from the surface of the
Conventionally, it has been a problem that the immersion liquid damages particularly the vicinity of the end of a metal foil such as an aluminum foil constituting the
In addition, as a countermeasure for avoiding damage to the metal foil, the metal foil is first formed on the resin
[Insulation filling layer forming step]
In the production of the solar cell current collector sheet, it is preferable that an insulating layer forming step is further performed. In the insulating layer forming step, for example, an ultraviolet curable insulating resin is applied so as to cover the
The application of the ultraviolet curable insulating resin can be performed by screen printing. In addition, as the ultraviolet curable insulating resin, an ultraviolet curable resin having a conventionally known acrylic resin or the like as a base resin can be preferably used.
[End cutting process]
As described above, in the laminated body that has undergone the circuit formation process, the metal foil that becomes the

<実施例1>
<Example 1>
First, in order to produce the solar cell current collector sheet material of the example by the method described below, the following steps were performed roll-to-roll. The structure of the weather resistant laminate is a resin base material layer using a 250 μm thick PET film (PET / Melinex S, manufactured by Teijin DuPont Co., Ltd.) and using a 20 μm thick aluminum foil as a metal barrier layer. As the layers, hydrolysis resistant PET (HR-PET / VW, manufactured by Teijin DuPont Films Ltd.) having a thickness of 50 μm was used. And the laminated body which adhere | attaches a 35-micrometer-thick copper foil on the surface of the resin base material layer of the weather-resistant laminated body formed by integrating them by the dry laminate method was formed.
After the laminate was cut into a sheet of 1000 mm × 1000 mm, a circuit formation step was performed. The etching mask used was a dry film having a thickness of 80 μm, and the etching conditions were a temperature of 45 ° C. and a ferric chloride aqueous solution having a concentration of 250 g / L as an etching solution, and immersion was performed for about 2 minutes. Further, a caustic soda aqueous solution having a temperature of 40 ° C. and a concentration of 1.5 g / L was used as the stripping solution. By the above procedure, a circuit made of copper foil was formed on the surface of the laminate.
Then, as an insulating resin for forming an insulating filler layer by screen printing on the above circuit, a film of ultraviolet curable insulating ink (a type in which the integrated amount of ultraviolet light necessary for curing is 1000 mJ / cm 2 ) is formed. The coating was applied to a thickness of 15 μm.
From the end of the above laminate having the insulating filler layer formed, the end face was cut at a distance = 10 mm to obtain a solar cell current collector sheet sample of the example.
