Description
Claims (23)
- 流動層ボイラの流動層内に配置されるように構成された層内伝熱管であって、
内部を流体が流れるように構成された内管と、
該内管の外部に配置されたプロテクタと、
前記プロテクタを前記内管に固定する少なくとも一つの固定部材と、を備え、
前記内管の外面と前記プロテクタの内面との間に隙間が設けられ、
前記固定部材は、前記内管及び前記プロテクタの各々に接合され、
前記プロテクタは、周方向にスリットを有する、層内伝熱管。 - 前記固定部材は、前記内管及び前記プロテクタの各々に溶接により接合されている請求項1に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記固定部材は、前記隙間に配置されたスペーサである請求項1または請求項2に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記固定部材は、前記プロテクタ外面から突出するように形成された内管フィンである請求項1または請求項2に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記内管は、直線状に形成される直管部と、湾曲して形成される曲がり管部とを有し、同一平面内を蛇行するように形成された請求項3または4に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記層内伝熱管の内管フィンが、隣接する層内伝熱管の内管フィンと互いに対向するように構成された請求項5に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記層内伝熱管の内管フィンが、隣接する層内伝熱管の内管フィンと互いに溶接された請求項6に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記層内伝熱管の内管フィンが、隣接する層内伝熱管の内管に溶接された請求項5に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記プロテクタの内面に黒体塗料が塗布されている、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記プロテクタの材質が、ステンレス鋼である、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記ステンレス鋼が、SUS304、SUS316又はSUS310Sである請求項11に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記隙間の幅が、0.25mm以上4.00mm以下である請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記隙間の幅が、0.25mm以上0.75mm以下である請求項13に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記隙間には充填材が充填され、その充填率は0.5以上0.9以下である請求項1ないし14のいずれか一項に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記プロテクタの外面にプロテクタフィンが設けられた請求項1ないし15のいずれか一項に記載された流動層ボイラの層内伝熱管。
- 前記プロテクタフィンが、羽根状に形成されている請求項16に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 前記プロテクタフィンが、ピン状に形成されている請求項16に記載された層内伝熱管。
- 請求項1ないし18のいずれか一項に記載された層内伝熱管と、流動化空気を前記流動層内に導入する散気ノズルを有し、
前記流動化空気は、前記流動層内の流動媒体を流動させるとともに、燃料を燃焼させ、
前記層内伝熱管が、前記燃焼による熱を回収する流動層ボイラ。 - 前記流動層は、燃料を燃焼させるための燃焼室と、前記層内伝熱管が配置されて燃焼熱を回収する熱回収室と、を有し、
前記流動媒体が前記燃焼室と前記熱回収室とを循環する請求項19に記載された流動層ボイラ。 - 前記燃焼時の前記流動層内の温度が700℃以上900℃以下である請求項19又は20に記載された流動層ボイラ。
- 前記流動化空気の空気量が、2.0≦u0/umf≦4.0である請求項20に記載された流動層ボイラ。
- 前記固定部材は、前記流動媒体の流動方向から見て前記プロテクタの陰となる位置に配置される、請求項19ないし22のいずれか一項に記載された流動層ボイラ。
- 前記燃焼時の前記流動層内における前記プロテクタの表面温度が450℃以上800℃以下である、請求項19ないし23のいずれか一項に記載された流動層ボイラ。
