Claims (3)
- 電解質膜をアノード側電極とカソード側電極とで挟持した燃料電池の検査方法であって、
前記アノード側電極と前記カソード側電極の一方の電極に水素ガスを供給し、他方の電極に水素ガスまたは不活性ガスを供給する第1工程と、
前記一方の電極が高電位となるように、前記一方の電極と前記他方の電極とに外部電源から電流を流し、前記一方の電極と前記他方の電極の両電極間の電位差を計測する第2工程と、
該第2工程において所定の電流値の電流を流した際に計測した前記両電極間の電位差と、前記第2工程における電流を流す前の状態の前記両電極間の電位差である初期電位差と、に基づいて前記燃料電池の性能を検査する第3工程とを備える、
燃料電池の検査方法。 - 前記第1工程では、前記アノード側電極と前記カソード側電極の両電極に水素ガスを供給する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池の検査方法。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池の検査方法であって、
前記第2工程では、前記一方の電極と前記他方の電極の両電極間の電位差を複数の計測ポイントにおいてそれぞれ計測し、
前記第3工程では、前記計測ポイントごとに、前記第2工程で計測した前記両電極間の電位差と前記初期電位差と、に基づいて前記燃料電池の性能を検査する、燃料電池の検査方法。
