Claims (13)
- シャフト及び筒状部材を有する生検装置であって、
前記シャフトは前記筒状部材内に移動可能に収容され、
前記シャフトは該シャフトの遠端部に螺旋部を有し、
前記螺旋部は撚られたシートにより形成されていて、
前記生検装置は、更に、前記螺旋部のネジ山の隣接する2つの巻き部それぞれの外側エッジに亘って配設された、切断エッジを持つ刃部を有する、
生検装置。 - 前記螺旋部が研がれた遠端前面を有する、請求項1に記載の生検装置。
- 前記筒状部材が鋭利化された遠端エッジを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の生検装置。
- 鋭利化された遠端エッジを備える切断チューブを更に有し、該切断チューブは前記筒状部材内に収容され、前記シャフトは該切断チューブ内に収容される、請求項1又は2に記載の生検装置。
- 前記筒状部材内に配置された光ファイバを更に有し、該光ファイバの遠端前面が前記筒状部材の遠端部に位置される、請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 前記撚られたシートが、前記螺旋部が該螺旋部の長手方向に沿う各断面において2つの巻き部を有するような二条ネジを形成する、請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 当該生検装置が可撓性カテーテルとして形成された、請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の生検装置。
- 複数の前記光ファイバを有し、
前記複数の前記光ファイバの少なくとも1つの光ファイバが接続される光源と、前記複数の前記光ファイバの他の光ファイバが接続される光検出器と、該光検出器により供給される信号を処理する処理ユニットとを含んだコンソールを有する、請求項5に記載の生検装置。 - 前記光源及び前記光検出器の一方が波長選択性を備える、請求項8に記載の生検装置。
- 前記光源が、レーザ、発光ダイオード及びフィルタ付光源のうちの1つである、請求項8に記載の生検装置。
- 前記コンソールが、ファイバスイッチ、ビームスプリッタ及びダイクロイックビーム結合器のうちの1つを更に有する、請求項8に記載の生検装置。
- 拡散反射率分光法、拡散光断層撮影、差分光路長分光法、光干渉断層撮影及びラマン分光法からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを実行するよう適合された、請求項8に記載の生検装置。
- 前記コンソールがモニタを更に有する、請求項8に記載の生検装置。
