Description
図1に示すように、本実施の形態の片吸込み型遠心送風機1は、ケーシング2とこのケーシング2に内蔵された複数のブレード3を具備した羽根車4とで構成される。
図4を用いて、本発明の第2の実施の形態の片吸込み型遠心送風機について説明する。第1の実施の形態と同じ構成については、同一の番号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- モータと、
渦巻状のスクロールを備えたケーシングと、
前記ケーシングに内蔵した複数のブレードを具備した羽根車と、
前記羽根車には前記ブレードを固定する羽根車主板とを備え、
前記ケーシングは、吸込口を有した吸込側板と、前記モータを固定したモータ固定側板を備え、
前記モータに前記羽根車主板の中心部を固定した片吸込み型遠心送風機であって、
前記羽根車主板は前記ブレードと前記中心部との間に主板開口を備え、
前記モータ固定側板側にある前記ブレードの端部を通る平面であって、前記モータの回転軸に垂直な平面をブレード端部仮想平面として仮想し、前記ブレード端部仮想平面と前記モータ固定側板との前記回転軸に平行な方向における距離が、前記主板開口と前記ブレードとの間で狭くなる狭窄部を備え、
前記狭窄部は、
前記モータ固定側板の一部を突部曲げ加工により前記ブレード端部仮想平面の方向に突出させることによってこの突出の先端と前記羽根車主板との間に設けられ、
前記狭窄部から前記モータ固定側板の方向に向けて前記モータの回転軸を囲むように設けられ、前記狭窄部を通じて前記ケーシングとつながり、前記主板開口を通じて前記羽根車の内部とつながる空間を備え、
前記空間は、
前記片吸込み型遠心送風機に高い静圧が加わった場合には前記ケーシング内の気体を前記狭窄部を通して導き入れるとともに、前記空間内の気体を前記主板開口を通して前記羽根車内に流入させることを特徴とする片吸込み型遠心送風機。 - 前記羽根車主板に前記モータ固定側板側から前記吸込口側に向かって突出する羽根車主板凸部を設け、
前記羽根車主板の前記中心部は、前記羽根車主板凸部に設けられ、
前記羽根車主板凸部は前記モータ固定側板側から前記吸込口側に向かって断面積を徐々に小さくしていく凸形状とし、
前記凸形状の傾斜部に前記主板開口を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の片吸込み型遠心送風機。 - 前記凸形状は、円錐形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の片吸込み型遠心送風機。
- 前記主板開口はモータの回転軸を中心とした円周上に等配分されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の片吸込み型遠心送風機。
- 前記狭窄部は前記ブレードの前記端部の近傍に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の片吸込み型遠心送風機。
- 前記狭窄部の前記回転軸に平行な方向における距離が1〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の片吸込み型遠心送風機。
