Claims (3)
- ねじ廻し工具が係合する工具係合部を有し且つ軸線方向で見て前記工具係合部とは反対の側に向けて開口した中心嵌合孔および当該中心嵌合孔の径方向外方に延在する環状の端面部を有する第1の部材と、
前記中心嵌合孔に回転可能に嵌合し、外周部に周溝を形成された嵌合軸部を一端部に有し、他端部の外周部に雄ねじ部を形成され且つ他端部に締結用ねじ部を有し、更に前記嵌合軸部と前記雄ねじ部との間にディスク支持軸部を有する筒状の第2の部材と、
前記第1の部材を径方向に貫通するねじ孔にねじ係合し、先端部が前記嵌合軸部の外周に形成された周溝に摺動可能に嵌合する止めねじ部材と、
前記第1の部材に固定され、前記第1の部材より前記第2の部材の側に軸線方向に延在する棒状部材と、
前記ディスク支持軸部の外周部に軸線方向に移動可能に且つ回転可能に嵌合し、且つ前記棒状部材が軸線方向に貫通する貫通孔を有する複数枚の駆動側ディスク部材と、
前記ディスク支持軸部の外周部に前記駆動側ディスク部材と交互に軸線方向に移動可能に且つ回転不能に嵌合した複数枚の被動側ディスク部材と、
前記ディスク支持軸部の外周部に軸線方向に移動可能に取り付けられ、前記駆動側ディスク部材と前記被動側ディスク部材とを前記第1の部材の前記端面部に向けて付勢する板ばねと、
前記第2の部材の前記雄ねじ部にねじ係合し、前記板ばねに予荷重を付与するばね受け部材とを有するねじ締結具。 - 前記工具係合部が多角形をなし、前記ディスク支持軸部は前記ねじ廻し工具と同一のねじ廻し工具が係合可能な多角形軸部をなし、被動側ディスク部材は前記多角形軸部に嵌合することにより、前記第2の部材に対して回り止め装着されている請求項1に記載のねじ締結具。
- 前記駆動側ディスク部材と前記被動側ディスク部材とが互いに接触する少なくとも一方の面に前記駆動側ディスク部材および前記被動側ディスク部材を構成する材料より耐腐食性が高い材料による薄板が配置あるいは同材料による被膜層が形成されている請求項1または2に記載のねじ締結具。
