Description
前記入力軸と一定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される出力軸と、
前記入力軸上に配置されており、第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素、出力要素として作動する第2回転要素、および前記入力軸と直接連結されると同時に第2モータ/ゼネレータと選択的に連結される第3回転要素を保有する第1遊星ギヤセットと、
前記出力軸上に配置されており、前記第3回転要素と選択的に連結されると同時に前記第2モータ/ゼネレータと常に連結される第4回転要素、前記第2回転要素と連結されると同時に出力軸と連結される第5回転要素、および変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結される第6回転要素を保有する第2遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットの3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を選択的に連結する直結手段と、
前記第2回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1トランスファギヤと、第3回転要素と第4回転要素の間に配置される第2トランスファギヤと
選択された回転要素を選択されたトランスファギヤに選択的に連結するか、選択された回転要素を変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結する複数の摩擦要素と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする。
前記第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキの作動により第6回転要素が固定要素として作動し、第2モータ/ゼネレータを作動させて第4回転要素に第2モータ/ゼネレータの動力が入力され、第2モータ/ゼネレータの動力が変換されて第5回転要素を通じて出力される第1EVモードと、
前記第1EVモードでブレーキの作動を解除し、第2遊星ギヤセットを直結させることにより実現される第2EVモードと、
第1EVモードで第1モータ/ゼネレータを用いてエンジンを作動させることにより開始する第1ハイブリッド作動モードと、
第1ハイブリッド作動モードでブレーキの作動を解除し、第1クラッチを作動させることにより開始する第2ハイブリッド作動モードと、
第1ハイブリッド作動モードでブレーキの作動を解除するかまたは第2ハイブリッド作動モードで第1クラッチの作動を解除し、第2クラッチを作動させることにより開始する第3ハイブリッド作動モードと、
第2クラッチとブレーキを作動させてエンジンの速度が第2トランスファギヤを通じて第2 遊星ギヤセットに伝達され、第4回転要素がエンジンと逆方向に回転して第6回転要素が停止する第1エンジンモードと、
第1エンジンモードでブレーキの作動を解除し、第1クラッチを作動させることにより開始する第2エンジンモードと、を実現可能であることを特徴とする。
前記入力軸と一定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される出力軸と、
前記入力軸上に配置されており、第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素、第2回転要素、および前記入力軸と直接連結されると同時に第2モータ/ゼネレータと選択的に連結される第3回転要素を保有する第1遊星ギヤセットと、
前記出力軸上に配置されており、前記第3回転要素と選択的に連結されると同時に前記第2モータ/ゼネレータと常に連結される第4回転要素、前記第2回転要素と連結されると同時に出力軸と連結される第5回転要素、および変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結される第6回転要素を保有する第2遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットの3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を選択的に連結する第1クラッチと、
第2回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1トランスファギヤと、
第3回転要素と第4回転要素の間に配置される第2トランスファギヤと、
第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキ、
第3回転要素または第4回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチを含む複数の摩擦要素と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする。

Claims (19)
- エンジンの動力の伝達を受ける入力軸と、
前記入力軸と一定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される出力軸と、
前記入力軸上に配置されており、第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素、出力要素として作動する第2回転要素、および前記入力軸と直接連結されると同時に第2モータ/ゼネレータと選択的に連結される第3回転要素を保有する第1遊星ギヤセットと、
前記出力軸上に配置されており、前記第3回転要素と選択的に連結されると同時に前記第2モータ/ゼネレータと常に連結される第4回転要素、前記第2回転要素と連結されると同時に出力軸と連結される第5回転要素、および変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結される第6回転要素を保有する第2遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットの3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を選択的に連結する直結手段と、
前記第2回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1トランスファギヤと、第3回転要素と第4回転要素の間に配置される第2トランスファギヤと
選択された回転要素を選択されたトランスファギヤに選択的に連結するか、選択された回転要素を変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結する複数の摩擦要素と、
を含んでなることを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1リングギヤ、第3回転要素は第1遊星キャリアに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2リングギヤ、第6回転要素は第2遊星キャリアに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記直結手段は、第4回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記直結手段は、第4回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記直結手段は、第5回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
第3回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
前記第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
前記第4回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記直結手段は第1クラッチを含み、前記複数の摩擦要素はブレーキおよび第2クラッチを含み、
前記第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキの作動により第6回転要素が固定要素として作動し、第2モータ/ゼネレータを作動させて第4回転要素に第2モータ/ゼネレータの動力が入力され、第2モータ/ゼネレータの動力が変換されて第5回転要素を通じて出力される第1EVモードと、
前記第1EVモードでブレーキの作動を解除し、第2遊星ギヤセットを直結させることにより実現される第2EVモードと、
第1EVモードで第1モータ/ゼネレータを用いてエンジンを作動させることにより開始する第1ハイブリッド作動モードと、
第1ハイブリッド作動モードでブレーキの作動を解除し、第1クラッチを作動させることにより開始する第2ハイブリッド作動モードと、
第1ハイブリッド作動モードでブレーキの作動を解除するかまたは第2ハイブリッド作動モードで第1クラッチの作動を解除し、第2クラッチを作動させることにより開始する第3ハイブリッド作動モードと、
第2クラッチとブレーキを作動させてエンジンの速度が第2トランスファギヤを通じて第2 遊星ギヤセットに伝達され、第4回転要素がエンジンと逆方向に回転して第6回転要素が停止する第1エンジンモードと、
第1エンジンモードでブレーキの作動を解除し、第1クラッチを作動させることにより開始する第2エンジンモードと、を実現可能であることを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - エンジンの動力の伝達を受ける入力軸と、
前記入力軸と一定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される出力軸と、
前記入力軸上に配置されており、第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素、第2回転要素、および前記入力軸と直接連結されると同時に第2モータ/ゼネレータと選択的に連結される第3回転要素を保有する第1遊星ギヤセットと、
前記出力軸上に配置されており、前記第3回転要素と選択的に連結されると同時に前記第2モータ/ゼネレータと常に連結される第4回転要素、前記第2回転要素と連結されると同時に出力軸と連結される第5回転要素、および変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結される第6回転要素を保有する第2遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットの3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を選択的に連結する第1クラッチと、
第2回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1トランスファギヤと、
第3回転要素と第4回転要素の間に配置される第2トランスファギヤと、
第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキ、
第3回転要素または第4回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチを含む複数の摩擦要素と、
を含んでなることを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1リングギヤ、第3回転要素は第1遊星キャリアに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2リングギヤ、第6回転要素は第2遊星キャリアに設定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1クラッチは、第4回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1クラッチは、第4回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1クラッチは、第5回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
第3回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
