Description
本発明の一態様によれば、電気相互接続システムは、
板状であり、第1の表面及び背中合わせの第2の表面を有するパドルカードであって、パドルカードの第1の表面上に位置付けられた複数の第1の接触パッドと、パドルカードの第2の表面上に位置付けられた複数の第2の接触パッドと、を含む、パドルカードと、
それぞれが第1の接触部分を有する、複数の第1の導体を含む第1のウェハと、
それぞれが第2の接触部分を有する、複数の第2の導体を含む第2のウェハと、を備え、
各ウェハが、ウェハの複数の第1の導体及び複数の第2の導体のうちの少なくとも一部を密閉する筐体を含み、各筐体が、ウェハがプリント基板上に取り付けられ得る取り付け縁と、第1及び第2の接触部分が位置する嵌合縁と、を有し、
第1のウェハ及び第2のウェハが、第1の接触部分と第2の接触部分とを互いに向かい合わせにし、かつパドルカードの少なくとも一部を収容するための空隙をその間に形成することができるように一緒に組み立てられ、
パドルカードが空隙の中に少なくとも一部収容されるとき、各第1の接触部分が、対応する第1の接触パッドと電気的に接触するように適合され、各第2の接触部分が、対応する第2の接触パッドと電気的に接触するように適合される。
Claims (2)
- 電気相互接続システムであって、
板状であり、第1の表面(31)及び背中合わせの第2の表面(32)を有するパドルカード(30)であって、前記パドルカード(30)の前記第1の表面(31)上に位置付けられた複数の第1の接触パッド(33)と、前記パドルカード(30)の前記第2の表面(32)上に位置付けられた複数の第2の接触パッド(34)と、を含む、パドルカード(30)と、
それぞれが第1の接触部分(131a)を有する、複数の第1の導体(13a)を含む第1のウェハ(11a)と、
それぞれが第2の接触部分(131b)を有する、複数の第2の導体(13b)を含む第2のウェハ(11b)と、を備え、
各ウェハ(11a、11b)が、前記ウェハ(11a、11b)の前記複数の導体(13a、13b)のうちの少なくとも一部を密閉する筐体(12)を含み、各前記筐体(12)が、前記ウェハがプリント基板(60)上に取り付けられ得る取り付け縁(122)と、前記接触部分(131a、131b)が位置する嵌合縁(121)と、を有し、
前記第1のウェハ(11a)及び前記第2のウェハ(11b)が、前記第1の接触部分(131a)と前記第2の接触部分(131b)とを互いに向かい合わせにし、かつ前記パドルカード(30)の少なくとも一部を収容するための空隙(1310)をその間に形成することができるように一緒に組み立てられ、前記空隙は、前記筐体(12)における第1の断面幅から、前記筐体(12)から離れた第2の断面幅へ向かって先細りとなっており、前記第1の断面幅は前記第2の断面幅よりも大きく、
前記パドルカード(30)が前記空隙(1310)の中に少なくとも一部収容されるとき、各第1の接触部分(131a)が、対応する第1の接触パッド(33)と電気的に接触するように適合され、各第2の接触部分(131b)が、対応する第2の接触パッド(34)と電気的に接触するように適合される、電気相互接続システム。 - 電気レセプタクルコネクタ(10)であって、
それぞれが第1の接触部分(131a)を有する、複数の第1の導体(13a)を含む少なくとも1つの第1のウェハ(11a)と、
それぞれが第2の接触部分(131b)を有する、複数の第2の導体(13b)を含む少なくとも1つの第2のウェハ(11b)と、を備え、
各ウェハ(11a、11b)が、前記複数の導体(13a、13b)のうちの少なくとも一部を密閉する筐体(12)を含み、前記筐体(12)が、前記ウェハがプリント基板(60)上に取り付けられ得る取り付け縁(122)と、前記接触部分(131a、131b)が位置する嵌合縁(121)と、を有し、
1つの第1のウェハ(11a)の前記第1の接触部分と、1つの第2のウェハ(11b)の前記第2の接触部分とが、前記第1の接触部分(131a)と、前記対応する第2の接触部分(131b)とを互いに向かい合わせにし、かつその間に空隙(1310)を形成することができるようにするように一緒に組立てられ、1つの第1のウェハ(11a)と、1つの第2のウェハ(11b)とが、前記電気レセプタクルコネクタ(10)に結合されるパドルカード(30)を受容するための前記空隙(1310)を有するように構成されたウェハユニットを構成するように、前記第1及び第2のウェハ(11a、11b)が、互いに隣り合わせに交互に配置され、
前記空隙は、前記筐体(12)における第1の断面幅から、前記筐体(12)から離れた第2の断面幅へ向かって先細りとなっており、前記第1の断面幅は前記第2の断面幅よりも大きい、電気レセプタクルコネクタ(10)。
