Claims (10)
- 所定形状の水平断面を有し、長手方向に伸びる内部集電体、前記内部集電体を囲み、圧出コーティングで形成された正極活物質層、前記正極活物質層を囲み、圧出コーティングで形成された、イオンの通路である電解質層、前記電解質層を囲み、圧出コーティングで形成された負極活物質層、前記負極活物質層の外面に螺旋状に巻回されたワイヤ状の外部集電体、及び前記ワイヤ状の外部集電体の外面に形成された保護被覆からなるケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部集電体は、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素、銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理したステンレススチール;アルミニウム‐カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理した非伝導性高分子;もしくは伝導性高分子;から製造されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記外部集電体は、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素、銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理したステンレススチール;アルミニウム‐カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理した非伝導性高分子;もしくは伝導性高分子;から製造されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記導電材は、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリ窒化硫黄、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)、銀、パラジウム、及びニッケルのうち選択された1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記伝導性高分子は、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、及びポリ窒化硫黄のうち選択された1種の化合物または2種以上の混合物である高分子であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記負極活物質層は、炭素質材料;リチウム含有チタン複合酸化物(LTO);Si、Sn、Li、Zn、Mg、Cd、Ce、NiまたはFeである金属類(Me);前記金属類(Me)の合金類;前記金属類(Me)の酸化物(MeOx);及び前記金属類(Me)と炭素との複合体からなる群から選択された何れか1つの活物質粒子またはこれらのうち2種以上の混合物を含む活性物質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記正極活物質層は、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMn2O4、LiCoPO4、LiFePO4及びLiNi1-x-y-zCoxM1yM2zO2(M1及びM2は、互いに独立して、Al、Ni、Co、Fe、Mn、V、Cr、Ti、W、Ta、Mg、及びMoからなる群から選択された何れか一つであり、x、y及びzは、互いに独立して、酸化物組成元素の原子分率であって0≦x<0.5、0≦y<0.5、0≦z<0.5、0<x+y+z≦1である)からなる群から選択された何れか1つの活物質粒子またはこれらのうち2種以上の混合物を含む活性物質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記電解質層は、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVdF)、ポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)またはポリ酢酸ビニル(PVAC)のゲル型高分子電解質;およびPEO、ポリプロピレンオキシド(PPO)、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)、ポリエチレンスルフィド(PES)またはPVAcの固体電解質;のうち選択された電解質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記電解質層は、リチウム塩をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記リチウム塩は、LiCl、LiBr、LiI、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiB10Cl10、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3、LiCF3CO2、LiAsF6、LiSbF6、LiAlCl4、CH3SO3Li、CF3SO3Li、(CF3SO2)2NLi、クロロボランリチウム、低級脂肪族カルボン酸リチウム、及びテトラフェニルホウ酸リチウムのうち選択された1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
