Claims (2)
- 粉状の酸化鉄含有原料と粉状の炭材とに有機バインダを添加し、水分調整し、混合および造粒する炭材内装鉱の製造方法であって、
有機バインダの合計添加量は、固形分換算で有機バインダを含まない全原料に対して外数換算で2質量%以上10質量%以下であり、
50mlの水に酸化鉄含有原料を1g投入して1分間撹拌した状態でのpHが9.5以上の場合は、ゼータ電位の絶対値が20mV以上となるように少なくとも2種の有機バインダを添加する
ことを特徴とする炭材内装鉱の製造方法。 - 有機バインダは、パルプ廃液、糖蜜、発酵液およびアクリル系ポリマのうちの少なくともいずれかである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭材内装鉱の製造方法。
