Claims (2)
- 粉状の酸化鉄含有原料と粉状の炭材とに有機バインダを添加し、水分調整し、混合および造粒する炭材内装鉱の製造方法であって、
有機バインダの合計添加量は、固形分換算で全原料に対して2%以上10%以下であり、
酸化鉄含有原料のpHが9.5未満の場合は、少なくとも1種の有機バインダを添加し、
酸化鉄含有原料のpHが9.5以上の場合は、ゼータ電位の絶対値が20mV以上となるように少なくとも2種の有機バインダを添加する
ことを特徴とする炭材内装鉱の製造方法。 - 有機バインダは、パルプ廃液、糖蜜、発酵液およびアクリル系ポリマのうちの少なくともいずれかである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭材内装鉱の製造方法。
