Claims (11)
- プローブ(106)、表示装置(118)、並びに前記プローブ(106)及び前記表示装置(118)と電子通信関係にあるプロセッサ(116)を含む超音波イメージング・システム(100)であって、
前記プロセッサ(116)が、
関心領域(156)を、第1の部分ボリューム(158)及び該第1の部分ボリューム(158)とは異なる第2の部分ボリューム(160)を含む複数の部分ボリュームに分割し、
推定心臓周期よりも長い第1の期間中に前記第1の部分ボリューム(158)から第1の4D超音波データを取得するように前記プローブ(106)を制御し、
前記推定心臓周期よりも長く且つ前記第1の期間の後に生じる第2の期間中に前記第2の部分ボリューム(160)から第2の4D超音波データを取得するように前記プローブ(106)を制御し、
前記第1の部分ボリューム(158)から取得された前記第1の4D超音波データを、前記第2の部分ボリューム(160)から取得された前記第2の4D超音波データと組み合わせて、前記関心領域についての4D超音波データを生成し、
前記関心領域についての前記4D超音波データに基づいて画像を生成し、そして
前記画像を前記表示装置(118)で表示するように、構成されていること、
を特徴とする超音波イメージング・システム(100)。 - 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記第1の4D超音波データ及び前記第2の4D超音波データを取得する前に心拍数を推定するように構成され、また前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記心拍数を用いて前記推定心臓周期を決定するように構成されている、請求項1記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記第1の4D超音波データ及び前記第2の4D超音波データを取得するプロセス中に位相データを取得するように構成されている、請求項1記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記位相データを前記第1の4D超音波データ及び前記第2の4D超音波データの両方と関連付けるように構成され、また前記プロセッサ(116)は更に、前記位相データに基づいて前記第1の4D超音波データを前記第2の4D超音波データと組み合わせるように構成されている、請求項3記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記第1の4D超音波データ及び前記第2の4D超音波データを取得するプロセス中にMモード・データを取得することによって、前記位相データを取得するように構成されている、請求項3記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、胎児のECGにより前記位相データを取得するように構成されている、請求項3記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記プローブ(106)を制御して、前記推定心臓周期よりも少なくとも15%長い第1の期間にわたって前記第1の4D超音波データを取得するように構成されている、請求項1記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記プローブ(106)を制御して、前記推定心臓周期よりも少なくとも30%長い第1の期間にわたって前記第1の4D超音波データを取得するように構成されている、請求項1記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記プローブ(106)を制御して、前記推定心臓周期よりも少なくとも100%長い第1の期間にわたって前記第1の4D超音波データを取得するように構成されている、請求項1記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記第1の4D超音波データを補間して第1の補間4D超音波データを生成するように構成され、また前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記第2の4D超音波データを補間して第2の補間4D超音波データを生成するように構成されている、請求項1記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記プロセッサ(116)は、前記第1の補間4D超音波データを前記第2の補間4D超音波データと組み合わせて、前記関心領域についての前記4D超音波データを生成するように構成されている、請求項10記載の超音波イメージング・システム(100)。
