Abstract
Description
図1は、油圧ショベル100の側面図である。以下の説明において、「前」「後」「左」「右」とは、運転席から前方を見た状態を基準とする方向を示す。「車幅方向」は、「左右方向」と同義である。
図2は、排気ガス後処理ユニット20を左斜め後ろから見た斜視図である。図3は、排気ガス後処理ユニット20を右斜め後ろから見た斜視図である。図2及び図3では、エンジンフード9が取り外されている。
図6は、エンジン10の駆動中における還元剤噴射装置24への冷却水の供給について説明するための模式図である。図7は、エンジン10の停止後における還元剤噴射装置24への冷却水の供給について説明するための模式図である。
(1)排気ガス後処理ユニット20は、還元剤噴射装置24を冷却するための冷却水を還元剤噴射装置24に導く冷却水経路25を備える。冷却水経路25は、還元剤噴射装置24の内部流路24aに連なる第1流路F1と、第1流路F1から分岐する第2流路F2及び第3流路F3とを含む。第1流路F1が第2流路F2及び第3流路F3に分岐する分岐点FPは、還元剤噴射装置24よりも上方に位置する。第3流路F3は、分岐点FPから第2流路F2よりも上方に延びる。
上記実施形態では、分岐ブロック30を用いて、第1分岐接続部41、第2分岐接続部42、第3分岐接続部43及び第1内部流路40aを含む「分岐管」を構成することとしたが、これに限られるものではない。「分岐管」には、周知の三方分岐管を用いることができる。

Claims (8)
- エンジンからの排気ガスを処理する選択触媒還元装置と、
前記エンジンからの排気ガスを前記選択触媒還元装置へ導く接続配管と、
前記接続配管に設置され、前記選択触媒還元装置へ供給される排気ガス中に還元剤を噴射する還元剤噴射装置と、
前記還元剤噴射装置を冷却するための冷却水を前記還元剤噴射装置に導く冷却水経路と、
を備え、
前記還元剤噴射装置は、冷却水を流すための内部流路を有し、
前記冷却水経路は、
前記還元剤噴射装置の前記内部流路に連なる第1流路と、
前記第1流路から分岐する第2流路及び第3流路と、
を含み、
前記第1流路が前記第2流路及び前記第3流路に分岐する分岐点は、前記還元剤噴射装置と前記第1流路との接続部分よりも上方に位置し、
前記第3流路は、前記分岐点から前記第2流路よりも上方に延び、
前記第2流路と前記第3流路は、前記分岐点の反対側において合流する、
