Description
本発明の一観点は、照明装置に関する。
前記反射部材層110、210は、反射効率が高い材質で形成され、前記照明装置100、200の発光ユニット135、235から出射する光を上部に反射させて光損失を低減する役割を果たす目的で含まれる。
前記光学樹脂層130、230は、反射部材層110、210の上部表面に形成され、発光ユニット135、235から出射する光を前方に拡散誘導させる目的で含まれる。
前記透明電極フィルム層150、250は、前述した反射部材層110、210および光学樹脂層130、230と共に面光源を形成させることにより、従来のPCB印刷回路基板10の使用を一切排除し、これを代替して原材料の種類および製造工程数を低減させる目的で含まれる。
前記発光ユニット135、235は、従来のPCB印刷回路基板の側面に光源LEDを実装し、側面方向に反射部材に光源(発光ユニット)を照射することを代替して、根本的なホットスポット現象の防止が可能であり、面光源としての機能を効率的に実現することで、光効率に優れ、原材料の種類および製造工程数を低減する目的で含まれるとよい。
本発明は、2015年3月23日付で韓国特許庁に提出された韓国特許出願第10−2015−0039870号の出願日の利益を主張し、その内容はすべて本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (15)
- 反射部材層と、
前記反射部材層上に形成された光学樹脂層と、
前記光学樹脂層上に形成された透明電極フィルム層とを含み、
前記透明電極フィルム層の下部表面に複数の発光ユニットがチップオンフィルム方式で形成され、
前記透明電極フィルム層は、絶縁性透明樹脂層と導電性透明電極層とを含み、
前記導電性透明電極層は前記絶縁性透明樹脂層の上部表面に積層されることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記反射部材層は、樹脂マトリックスと、
前記樹脂マトリックスに分散した白色顔料とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記樹脂マトリックスは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリエチレンナフタレート樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、およびセルロースアセテート樹脂からなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記白色顔料は、酸化チタン、酸化アルミニウム、酸化亜鉛、炭酸鉛、硫酸バリウム、シリカ、および炭酸カルシウムからなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記反射部材層の上部表面に第1反射パターンがさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1反射パターンは、バインダーに白色顔料を含む反射インクを印刷して形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光学樹脂層は、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂、エポキシアクリレート樹脂、およびポリエステルアクリレート樹脂からなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光学樹脂層は、シリコン、ガラスバブル、亜鉛、ジルコニウム、酸化アルミニウム、ウレタン樹脂、および(メタ)アクリル系樹脂からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つ以上からなるビーズ(Bead)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 前記ビーズには、中空または空隙が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の照明装置。
- 前記絶縁性透明樹脂層は、ポリカーボネート樹脂;ポリエステル樹脂;ポリイミド樹脂;シクロオレフィン樹脂、またはその共重合体からなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記導電性透明電極層は、高分子樹脂60〜95重量%、電気伝導性物質4〜35重量%、およびポリドーパミン樹脂1〜10重量%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記導電性透明電極層は、パラジウム、白金、アルミニウム、銀、銅、金、ニッケル、スズ、酸化インジウム、コバルト、インジウムスズ酸化物(ITO、indium tin oxide)、アンチモンスズ酸化物(ATO、antimony tin oxide)、フッ素含有スズ酸化物(FTO、fluorine doped tin oxide)、亜鉛スズ酸化物(ZTO、zinc tin oxide)、メタルナノワイヤ(Metal Nanowire)、炭素ナノチューブ(CNT、carbon nanotube)、およびグラフェンからなる群より選択される1種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記透明電極フィルム層は、ASTM D257方法での測定時、表面抵抗が0.01〜100Ω/squareであり、ASTM D1003方法での測定時、透明度が80%以上であり、フィルム層の平均厚さが10〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記透明電極フィルム層の上部表面に遮光または反射する第2反射パターンがさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光ユニットは、発光ダイオード(LED)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
