Claims (11)
- 一方向に延びて整列されている複数のバッテリセルを含む直方体状のバッテリアレイであって、前記複数のバッテリセルの端子が前記バッテリアレイの上面に整列されている、バッテリアレイと、
前記バッテリアレイの前記上面に位置するトップカバーと、
前記複数のバッテリセルの整列方向と垂直な前記バッテリアレイの端面に位置するエンドプレートと、
前記複数のバッテリセルの整列方向と平行な前記バッテリアレイの側面に位置するサイドプレートと、
前記バッテリアレイの下面に位置する冷却部材と、を備えるバッテリパックであって、
前記サイドプレートが、前記エンドプレート及び前記冷却部材に対して固定されており、
前記サイドプレートが、前記バッテリアレイの前記側面に密着する本体部と、前記本体部からバッテリアレイ側へ延びた据置部と、を備えており、前記据置部が、前記トップカバーの側部を上から前記冷却部材の方へ加圧するように配置構成されており、
前記トップカバーのうちの少なくとも前記側部には、前記据置部の前記加圧による応力を各バッテリセルに分散させるように構成された補強フレームが設けられていることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記補強フレームは、前記トップカバーの前記側部の全長に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、L字状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記トップカバーの前記側部は、側壁の形態を有する第1領域と、前記第1領域から垂直に延びた第2領域と、を含んでL字状となっており、前記補強フレームは、少なくとも前記第2領域に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サイドプレートの前記据置部は、前記トップカバーの前記側部の前記第2領域と接触することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、前記トップカバーの前記側部から突出した突出部を備え、
前記据置部は、前記突出部を収容する締結孔を備え、
前記補強フレームは、U字状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記サイドプレートは、前記本体部に垂直に延び、前記バッテリアレイの外側を向く固定部を含み、前記固定部は、前記据置部と離隔しており、
前記固定部に冷却部材が結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記エンドプレートは、前記トップカバーに連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームと前記トップカバーは、互いに異なる材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、ステンレス鋼、炭素鋼または鉄合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記補強フレームは、少なくとも1つの孔を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
