Description
・C4留分を、仕切壁塔の第一の部分領域、好ましくはその中央の領域に供給する。
・仕切壁塔の第一の部分領域からの頂流を抽出洗浄塔の下部領域に導く。
・この抽出洗浄塔中で、抽出洗浄塔の上部領域中の選択性溶媒の第一の部分流での処理で向流型抽出を行う。
・選択性溶媒中への溶解性が1,3−ブタジエンより低いC4留分中の成分は抽出洗浄塔の頂上から抜き出される。
・抽出洗浄塔からの塔底流は、仕切壁塔の第一の部分領域の上部領域に返送される。
・選択性溶媒の第二の部分流を、仕切壁塔の第二の部分領域の上部領域にあるに導く。
具体的には:

Claims (11)
- 一層以上の滞留層(1)中でフラッディング点以上となるように比表面積が選ばれた一層以上の滞留層(1)と、フラッディング点未満となるように比表面積が選ばれた一層以上の分離層(2)とを有する構造化充填材を、選択性溶媒を添加する抽出蒸留を使用して、ある物質を含む混合物中からその物質を蒸留により分離する方法を実施するために、蒸留塔中における分離効果を有する充填物として使用する方法において、
抽出蒸留で分離される混合物がC4留分であり、
抽出蒸留で分離除去される物質が1,3−ブタジエンである方法。 - 前記一層以上の滞留層(1)の比表面積が、一層以上の滞留層(1)中においてフラッディング点を10〜100%超えるように選ばれ、及び前記一層以上の分離層(2)の比表面積が、一層以上の分離層(2)においてフラッディング点から20〜80%不足するように選ばれる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造化充填材が、流路横断型構造の金属平板(3)または網状層から形成された薄板または網状充填材である請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 一層以上の分離層(2)において、前記流路横断型構造を有する金属平板または網状層が、水平に対して<60°の角度の屈曲部を有する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記一層以上の分離層の高さが、いずれの場合も、5〜50cmである請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出蒸留が、分離すべき物質より沸点が高い一種以上の安定剤の存在下で行われる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分離すべき物質に較べて高沸点である一種以上の極性物質が前記選択性溶媒として用いられる請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記選択性溶媒に添加物が添加されている請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記の添加された添加物が、水及び/又はC1〜C4−アルコールである請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記のC1〜C4−アルコールが、エタノール、N−プロパノールまたはイソプロパノールである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 主にブタンを含む留分と、主にブテンを含む留分とが、抽出蒸留によりそれぞれ別の留分として分離される請求項1に記載の方法。
