Description
まず、白金粉末(比表面積:50m2/g)13重量部、酸化イリジウム粉末(比表面積:36m2/g)7重量部、炭酸カルシウム80重量部を配合し、その配合された混合粉に対して水を重量で3倍量加え、遊星ビーズミル(伊藤製作所社製)に投入した。ビーズとして、ジルコニアビーズ(粒径:1mm)を、白金粉末、酸化イリジウム粉末、炭酸カルシウム及び水の総量に対して重量で4倍量用い、回転数200rpmで4時間混合分散することにより、スラリーを作製した。得られたスラリーについて、レーザー回折式粒度分布測定装置(日機装社製、製品名:MT3300II)を用いて測定した。スラリーの粒度分布の測定結果を図1に示す。この測定結果によれば、スラリーのD90は0.734μmであった。また、Dmaxは1.6μmであった。
スラリーを作製する際の分散時間を6時間とした以外は実施例1と同様にして、混合粉を作製した。なお、スラリーの粒度分布の測定結果を図5に示す。この測定結果によれば、スラリーのD90は0.73μmであり、また、Dmaxは0.972μmであった。
比表面積が36m2/gの酸化イリジウム粉末の代わりに比表面積が71m2/gの酸化イリジウム粉末を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、混合粉を作製した。なお、スラリーの粒度分布の測定結果を図9に示す。この測定結果によれば、スラリーのD90は0.686μmであり、また、Dmaxは1.635μmであった。
比表面積が36m2/gの酸化イリジウム粉末の代わりに比表面積が8.3m2/gの酸化イリジウム粉末を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、混合粉を作製した。なお、スラリーの粒度分布の測定結果を図13に示す。この測定結果によれば、スラリーのD90は0.699μmであり、また、Dmaxは0.972μmであった。
粒径が5mmのジルコニアビーズを用いた以外は実施例3と同様にして、混合粉を作製した。なお、スラリーの粒度分布の測定結果を図17に示す。この測定結果によれば、スラリーのD90は1.368μmであり、また、Dmaxは2.3μmであった。

Claims (6)
- 白金及び白金化合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる白金系粉末と、イリジウム、ロジウム、パラジウム及びそれらの少なくとも一つを含む化合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる白金族金属系粉末と、アルカリ土類金属化合物と、を含む混合粉を熱処理することを含む、白金系合金粉末を製造する方法であって、
前記白金族金属系粉末の比表面積が30m2/g以上であり、かつ、前記混合粉のD90が1.0μm以下である白金系合金粉末の製造方法。 - 熱処理温度が1000℃以上である請求項1に記載の白金系合金粉末の製造方法。
- 前記白金系粉末の比表面積が20〜100m2/gである請求項1または2に記載の白金系合金粉末の製造方法。
- 前記混合粉中の前記アルカリ土類金属化合物の量が、前記白金系粉末と前記白金族金属系粉末の合計量に対して、重量基準で0.5〜10倍量である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の白金系合金粉末の製造方法。
- 得られる白金系合金粉末のD90/D10が4以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の白金系合金粉末の製造方法。
- 得られる白金系合金粉末のD50が10μm以下である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の白金系合金粉末の製造方法。
