Claims (3)
- 電子部品を収容して電磁波シールドを図る電磁波シールドハウジングの製造方法であって、
電磁波の遮蔽性を有する金属プレートのプレート中央域から延びるプレート外周縁が前記プレート中央域から起立した起立姿勢とされたシールド用金属プレートの内側に、前記プレート中央域に重なる中央域部位と該中央域部位から前記起立姿勢に倣って起立して前記プレート外周縁に重なる起立部位とを有する樹脂プレートを配設する第1工程と、
該樹脂プレートを配設したままの前記シールド用金属プレートに該プレートの外側から樹脂を射出して、前記シールド用金属プレートを前記射出された樹脂で外側から被覆する第2工程とを備え、
前記第1工程において、前記樹脂プレートが前記金属プレートの内側に配設されたとき、前記樹脂プレートの起立部位の高さは、前記金属プレートの起立したプレート外周縁の起立高さより低く、
前記第2工程では、前記射出された樹脂が、前記金属プレートの起立したプレート外周縁を越えて、前記樹脂プレートの起立部位まで至り、前記シールド用金属プレートを被覆する、
電磁波シールドハウジングの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂プレートは、前記プレート中央域から前記プレート外周縁を起立済みの前記シールド用金属プレートの内側に金型を用いて射出成形されている、請求項1に記載の電磁波シールドハウジングの製造方法。
- 前記プレート外周縁は、前記プレート中央域から90°で屈曲して起立した起立姿勢とされている、請求項1に記載の電磁波シールドハウジングの製造方法。
