Description
ポリエーテルポリウレタンプレポリマーは、2,000の重量平均分子量を有する364gのポリオキシプロピレンジオールを、4,500の重量平均分子量を有する527gのポリオキシプロピレントリオールおよび32グラムのジイソノニルフタレート可塑剤と混合することによって調製される。混合は、混合物を54℃に加熱することにより、反応器において実施される。160.6gのジフェニルメタン−4,4′−ジイソシアネートおよび0.08gのオクタン酸第一スズを混合物に加える。次に全混合物を80℃で1時間反応させる。最後に、501グラムのジイソノニルフタレート可塑剤および15グラムのマロン酸ジエチルを混合物に加え、混合を1時間続ける。

Claims (7)
- I)
a)1つ以上のイソシアネート官能性構成成分、ここで、該1つ以上のイソシアネート官能性構成成分が、1つ以上のイソシアネート官能性プレポリマーを含む、
b)イソシアネート基と活性水素含有基との反応のための1つ以上の触媒、
c)100g/kg以上のヨウ素吸着量を有する高表面積カーボンブラックを含む1つ以上の充填剤であって、高表面積がASTM D1510の方法により決定される、1つ以上の充填剤、
d)塩基性の特徴を有する1つ以上の充填剤、および
を含む一液型硬化性組成物と、
II)
e)1つ以上の液体担体、ここで、該液体担体が、グリコールエーテルまたはポリエーテルポリオールである、
f)水、および
g)稠度を有し、かつ分離しないで水と可逆的に結合することができる材料を含む1つ以上のペースト形成剤
を含む硬化促進剤と、
を含む組成物であって、
前記一液型硬化性組成物と硬化促進剤との体積比が、100:1〜25:1である、前記組成物。 - 前記ペースト形成剤が、水および前記液体担体と均質ペーストを形成する1つ以上の材料を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記硬化促進剤中のヒドロキシル基と前記一液型硬化性組成物中のイソシアネート基との当量比が、0.7:1〜1.3:1である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 塩基性の特徴を有する前記1つ以上の充填剤が、脱イオン水に溶解または分散されたとき9.0以上のpHを示す、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記一液型硬化性組成物が、
a)10〜70重量パーセントの1つ以上のイソシアネート官能性構成成分と、
b)0.05〜2.0重量パーセントの1つ以上の触媒と、
c)10.0〜20.0重量パーセントの、100g/kg以上のヨウ素吸着量を示す高表面積カーボンブラックを含有する1つ以上の充填剤と、
d)5〜35重量パーセントの、塩基性の特徴を有する1つ以上の充填剤と、
を含み、
前記硬化促進剤が、
e)1.0〜5重量%の液体担体と、
f)0.01〜0.5重量%の水と、
g)0.2〜1.5重量%のペースト形成剤と、
を含み、
濃度が、前記一液型硬化性組成物および前記硬化促進剤の重量に基づいている、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - i)請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の前記一液型硬化性組成物および前記硬化促進剤を一緒に接触させることと、
ii)i)の前記接触させた組成物を第1の基材と接触させることと、
iii)前記第1の基材を、i)の前記接触させた組成物が2つの基材の間に配置されるように、第2の基材と接触させることと、
iv)i)の前記組成物を硬化させ、前記2つの基材を一緒に接合させることと、
を含む方法。 - i)請求項1に記載の前記一液型硬化性組成物を前記硬化促進剤と接触させることと、ここで、前記一液型硬化性組成物および前記硬化促進剤が、前記一液型硬化性組成物と前記硬化促進剤との粘度の比が0.1〜10.0であり、かつ前記一液型硬化性組成物と前記硬化促進剤との体積比が100:1〜25:1であるような、25℃での粘度をそれぞれ有し、
ii)前記混合物を第1の基材と接触させることと、
iii)前記第1の基材を、混合された構成成分がそれぞれの基材の少なくとも一部の間に配置されるように第2の基材と接触させることと、
を含む方法。
