Description
Claims (13)
- 輪郭が好ましくは円形の少なくとも1個の基体(3、5)に少なくとも1本のケーブルのための複数のブッシング(17)が配設されている、風力発電設備でケーブルを案内するための装置において、
前記ブッシング(17)は案内構成(27;38;39、41;43;49)を具備しており、前記案内構成は各ケーブルが当該案内構成を包囲するブッシング(17)の部分に対して相対的に運動できるようにし、
前記基体(5)は、その円形輪郭に沿って並置されている半径方向外方に開いた受容部(32)を有しており、前記ブッシングの貫通孔は当該ケーブルの挿入を可能にするために開放可能であり、
前記ブッシング(17)は、前記貫通孔の開放を可能にするために前記貫通孔の開口部(47)を限定する2個の部分体(34)から形成されており、
前記ブッシング(17)を前記受容部(32)内に確保し、前記基体(5)の外周を包囲し、且つ前記ブッシング(17)の半径方向外側に位置する部分体(34)に当接する緊締バンド(21)が設けられており、
垂直方向に可動な基体(5)の縁部に、直径上で向かい合う箇所で半径方向に突出するローラ(7)が接続されており又は接続可能であり、前記ローラは塔内の垂直ガイドレール(9)で案内されており、
前記半径方向に突出するローラ(7)は、直径上で向かい合う側で基体(5)の外周を包囲する前記緊締バンド(21)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、風力発電設備でケーブルを案内するための装置。 - 前記各案内構成は貫通案内されたケーブルを包囲するインサート(27)を有しており、前記インサートは付属のブッシング(17)内で基体(3、5)に対して相対的に可動に支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記インサートは、貫通案内されたケーブルを包囲する環状体(27)の形で形成されており、前記環状体は外側が凸状球面(29)の一部を成しており、前記凸状球面でブッシング(17)の内側の球冠の一部を成す壁(25)に支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記案内構成は、前記ブッシング内に受容されたケーブルを可撓に包囲する、好ましくは合成ゴム材料から成るエラストマリング(38)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記案内構成は、貫通案内されたケーブルに対する回転支承部(39、41)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記回転支承部は、内輪(41)が貫通案内されたケーブルを包囲し、外輪(39)が基体(3、5)に固持されているニードル軸受を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記案内構成は、回転可能なシリンダ体(43)を有しており、前記シリンダ体は各ブッシング(17)の貫通孔の側方限定を成すように基体(3、5)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ブッシング(17)は、基体(3、5)を成す円形プレート(45)内に形成された円形開口部(47)によって形成されていること、及び前記案内構成は開口部(47)の壁の、当該開口部を両側で外方に拡げる湾曲部(49)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ブッシング(17)は前記受容部内に挿入して内部で固持可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記部分体は各受容部内で前記開口部(47)を閉じる位置で掛止可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記部分体(34)は同一部材として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1個の基体(3)は、付属の風力発電設備の塔上で回転可能な機械室と接続されており、更に下方に配置された少なくとも1個の基体(5)は塔内で回転不能で垂直方向に可動に支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記垂直方向に可動な基体(5、45)の縁部で直径上で向かい合う箇所に半径方向に突出するスライダ(71)が設けられており、前記スライダは塔内で垂直レール(9)に案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
