Description
−入口開口と出口開口とを備えた排ガス用の供給管路を備え;
−ハウジングを備え、該ハウジング内に前記供給管路の前記出口開口が突入するように延びており、前記ハウジングが、少なくとも前記供給管路を取り囲んで中間室を形成しており;
−前記ハウジング内に流出室を備え、該流出室が、前記供給管路に対して側方に配置されている。

Claims (9)
- 排ガス処理ユニット(1)であって、少なくとも:
−入口開口(3)と出口開口(4)とを備えた排ガス用の供給管路(2)を備え;
−ハウジング(5)を備え、該ハウジング(5)内に前記供給管路(2)の前記出口開口(4)が突入するように延びており、前記ハウジング(5)が、少なくとも前記供給管路(2)を取り囲んで中間室(6)を形成しており;
−前記ハウジング(5)内に流出室(7)を備え、該流出室(7)が、前記供給管路(2)に対して側方に配置されており、
さらに、前記中間室(6)と前記流出室(7)との間に分流装置(8)が設けられており、該分流装置(8)は、前記中間室(6)から到来した排ガスが少なくとも2つの部分流(9,10)に分割されるように調整されており、前記部分流(9,10)は、前記流出室(7)に向かって、前記分流装置(8)によって形成された少なくとも2つの開口(11,12)を介して逆向きに前記流出室(7)内に導入可能であり、前記分流装置(8)が、少なくとも1つの第1のガイドエレメント(16)と第2のガイドエレメント(17)とを有し、前記第1のガイドエレメント(16)が、第1の金属薄板エレメントにより形成されており、前記第2のガイドエレメント(17)が、第2の金属薄板エレメントにより形成されており、前記第1および第2の金属薄板エレメントが、互いに間隔を置いて配置されており、前記第1のガイドエレメント(16)は、前記出口開口(4)と前記流出室(7)との間の排ガスのための直接的な流路もしくは最短の流路を妨害するものであり、前記第2のガイドエレメント(17)は、前記第1のガイドエレメント(16)によって変向された排ガス流を、少なくとも2つの部分流に分割するものであることを特徴とする、排ガス処理ユニット(1)。 - 前記流出室(7)に、第2の排ガス処理体(15)の流入開口(13)が続いている、請求項1記載の排ガス処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記分流装置(8)が、少なくとも1つの第1のガイドエレメント(16)と第2のガイドエレメント(17)とを有し、前記第1および第2のガイドエレメント(16,17)が、前記流出室(7)の両側に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の排ガス処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記分流装置(8)が、少なくとも1つの第1のガイドエレメント(16)と第2のガイドエレメント(17)とを有し、該第2のガイドエレメント(17)が、前記供給管路(2)の側方で前記出口開口(4)に対して傾けられて前記中間室(6)内に延びているガイド区分(18)を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記開口(11,12)の少なくとも一部を形成する前記分流装置(8)が、前記ハウジング(5)から一体に成形されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記開口(11,12)が、互いに逆向きに方向付けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理ユニット(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの開口(11,12)の領域に少なくとも1つのガイド面(19,20)が設けられており、該ガイド面(19,20)が、少なくとも部分的に前記開口(11,12)の流出方向に対して傾けられて配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理ユニット(1)。
- 前記分流装置(8)が、少なくとも1つのガイド面(19,20)を含み、該ガイド面(19,20)は、部分流(9,10)が、互いに正面衝突するように、または所定の角度を成して互いに衝突するように方向付けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理ユニット(1)。
- 排ガス管路(24)を有する内燃機関(23)を備えた自動車(22)において、前記排ガス管路(24)が、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス処理ユニット(1)を含んでいることを特徴とする自動車(22)。
