Claims (6)
- タイヤ周方向に延在する少なくとも1つのタイヤ構成部材を備えた空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記タイヤ構成部材の幅方向端部に形成される段差部分に破断強度が100N以下であってタイヤ周方向に沿って延在していて単一の周回を形成する1本の糸が配置されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記糸が合成繊維又は天然繊維から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- タイヤ周方向に延在する少なくとも1つのタイヤ構成部材を備えると共に、前記タイヤ構成部材の幅方向端部に形成される段差部分に破断強度が100N以下であってタイヤ周方向に沿って延在していて単一の周回を形成する1本の糸を配置した状態にあるグリーンタイヤを成形し、該グリーンタイヤを加硫することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記グリーンタイヤの成形工程において前記タイヤ構成部材の幅方向の端部に形成される段差部分に前記糸を配置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記タイヤ構成部材の成形工程において前記タイヤ構成部材の幅方向端部に形成される段差部分に相当する位置に前記糸を配置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記糸が合成繊維又は天然繊維から構成されることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
