前記読み取りコードに対応した月極駐車場につき、時間貸し可能な車室の画像と共に、時間貸し駐車の操作手順を示す画像を表示して時間貸し駐車の操作を行う時間貸し駐車第２手続部と、
前記時間貸し駐車第２手続部により時間貸し駐車の手続きが終了した後、駐車料金の支払いを行う料金支払い手段と、
前記時間貸し駐車第２手続部の操作中、空きのある車室に駐車する車両を発見したとき、迷惑駐車報告を行える迷惑駐車報告手段と、
前記迷惑駐車報告をしたとき、前記時間貸し駐車料金に代替できるポイントが付加されるポイント付加手段と、を有し、
前記サーバコンピュータは、マンションに併設された月極駐車場につき、時間貸し駐車可能な月極駐車場についてのパーキングシステムを各々構築する手段と、
