Description
本実施形態の電力管理システム10は、図2に示すように、管理範囲で使用される複数の機器2と、管理範囲で使用中の電力を計測する計測ユニット3と、計測ユニット3および複数の機器2との通信機能を有した電力管理装置1とを備えている。以下では、電力管理システム10が一般的な戸建て住宅に用いられており、この住宅が管理範囲である場合を例として説明するが、電力管理システム10は、戸建て住宅に限らず、たとえば集合住宅の個々の住戸、事務所、店舗等に用いられていてもよい。
本実施形態の電力管理システム10は、電力管理装置1の制御部13が利用可能電力を含む許可情報の通知を複数回行う点で、実施形態1の電力管理システム10と相違する。以下、実施形態1と同様の構成については、共通の符号を付して適宜説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 管理範囲で使用される複数の機器および前記管理範囲で使用中の電力を計測する計測ユニットとの通信機能を有した電力管理装置であって、
前記複数の機器の優先度を予め記憶した優先度記憶部と、前記機器から動作の許可を要求する要求信号を受信したときに、前記計測ユニットの計測結果と予め決められている上限電力とに基づいて余裕電力を算出し、前記要求信号の送信元の前記機器の動作に必要な必要電力と前記余裕電力との比較結果に応じて動作の許否を表す許否情報を当該機器に通知する制御部とを有し、
前記制御部は、前記余裕電力が前記必要電力より小さい場合、前記管理範囲で使用中の電力の増加分が前記余裕電力内で収まるように、前記優先度の低い前記機器に抑制信号を送信して消費電力を抑制させ、
前記制御部は、前記要求信号の送信元の前記機器に対して動作を許可する場合、当該機器で利用可能な電力の上限となる利用可能電力を前記許否情報に含めて当該機器に通知し、
前記制御部は、前記余裕電力が前記必要電力より小さい場合、前記機器の消費電力を抑制させる前に、当該消費電力が抑制されることによる増加分を含む前記余裕電力に応じた利用可能電力を前記要求信号の送信元の前記機器に通知する一次通知を行い、前記機器の消費電力を抑制させてから所定時間経過後に、再計算される前記余裕電力に応じた利用可能電力を、前記要求信号の送信元の前記機器に再通知する二次通知を行うことを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記一次通知においては、前記余裕電力に応じて利用可能電力に上限値を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。
- 管理範囲で使用される複数の機器および前記管理範囲で使用中の電力を計測する計測ユニットとの通信機能を有した電力管理装置であって、
前記複数の機器の優先度を予め記憶した優先度記憶部と、前記機器から動作の許可を要求する要求信号を受信したときに、前記計測ユニットの計測結果と予め決められている上限電力とに基づいて余裕電力を算出し、前記要求信号の送信元の前記機器の動作に必要な必要電力と前記余裕電力との比較結果に応じて動作の許否を表す許否情報を当該機器に通知する制御部とを有し、
前記制御部は、前記余裕電力が前記必要電力より小さい場合、前記管理範囲で使用中の電力の増加分が前記余裕電力内で収まるように、前記優先度の低い前記機器に抑制信号を送信して消費電力を抑制させ、
前記制御部は、前記余裕電力が前記必要電力より小さい場合で、前記消費電力を抑制可能な前記機器がないときには、所定の許容時間に限って、前記上限電力を大きくした上で再計算される前記余裕電力に応じた前記許否情報を前記要求信号の送信元の前記機器に通知し、当該機器の動作を一時的に許容することを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 外部からの要求に応じて前記上限電力を変更する上限変更部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 前記制御部が前記要求信号の送信元の前記機器に対して動作を許可した場合、当該機器の前記優先度を、前記許否情報の通知時点から所定の優先時間に限って最高とする優先変更部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置と、
前記管理範囲で使用される前記複数の機器と、
前記管理範囲で使用中の電力を計測する前記計測ユニットとを備えることを特徴とする電力管理システム。
