Claims (8)
- 風を受けて回転するブレードと、
前記ブレードの加重を支持するナセルと、
前記ナセルを支持するタワーと、
前記ブレードを支持しブレードと共に回転するハブと、
前記ハブの回転に伴い回転する回転主軸と、
前記回転主軸に接続され回転速度を増速する増速機と、
前記増速機により増速された回転で駆動する発電機を備えた風力発電システムにおいて、
前記回転主軸が前記ハブに直接接続されており、
前記回転主軸が変形を許容する可撓部を有し、
前記可撓部が、前記ハブとの接続部側に広がるベルマウス形状部であることを特徴とする風力発電システム。
- 請求項1の風力発電システムにおいて、
前記回転主軸は貫通孔を有し、
前記ベルマウス形状部は、前記回転主軸の内外径差である板厚が、前記ハブとの接続面側に近づくほど薄くなる形状であることを特徴とする風力発電システム。
- 請求項1または2の風力発電システムにおいて、
前記ハブが、前記回転主軸の軸方向について前記増速機とは反対側に開口部を有し、前記回転主軸の最大径が前記開口部の内径より小さいことを特徴とする風力発電システム。
- 請求項3の風力発電システムにおいて、
前記ハブは内周側に突出するハブフランジを有し、
前記ハブブランジの、前記回転主軸の軸方向について前記増速機とは反対側の面に前記回転主軸が接続されることを特徴とする風力発電システム。
- 請求項1または2の風力発電システムにおいて、
前記タワーに接続されるフレームと、
前記フレームに接続され、前記回転主軸の一部を内包するように設置される固定主軸を有し、
前記固定主軸の最小径が、前記回転主軸の最大径より小さいことを特徴とする風力発電システム。
- 請求項1から5の何れかの風力発電システムにおいて、
前記タワーに接続されるフレームと、
前記フレームに接続され、前記回転主軸の一部を内包するように設置される固定主軸を有し、
前記ハブと前記固定主軸との間に配置される軸受を有することを特徴とする風力発電システム。
- 請求項1から6の何れかの風力発電システムにおいて、
前記ハブが変形を許容する可撓部を有することを特徴とする風力発電システム。
- 回転体と回転体とを接続する風力発電システム用の回転主軸において、
変形を許容する可撓部を有し、
前記可撓部が、風を受けて回転するブレードを支持し前記ブレードと共に回転するハブとの接続部側に広がるベルマウス形状部であることを特徴とすることを特徴とする回転主軸。
