Description
図1及び図2に示されるように、観察装置1は、試料保持部10、光照射装置20A,20B、画像取得装置30、制御装置40、表示装置50及び印付与装置60を備えている。
続いて、観察方法の第2実施形態について、図14及び図15を参酌して説明する。本実施形態では、第1実施形態と同じ観察装置1を用いて観察を行う。以下、観察方法において、第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明する。
Claims (13)
- 透明部材上に配置された幹細胞に斜向した照明光を照射する照射ステップと、
前記幹細胞の散乱光を撮像し、散乱光画像を取得する取得ステップと、
前記散乱光画像に基づいて分化傾向状態にある幹細胞を特定する特定ステップと、
を備える幹細胞の観察方法。 - 前記特定ステップは、前記散乱光画像中の暗い領域を前記分化傾向状態にある幹細胞と特定する、請求項1に記載の幹細胞の観察方法。
- 前記照射ステップは、前記透明部材を介して前記斜向した照明光を前記幹細胞に照射する、請求項1又は2に記載の幹細胞の観察方法。
- 前記取得ステップは、前記幹細胞によって散乱され、前記透明部材を通過した前記幹細胞の前記散乱光を撮像する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の幹細胞の観察方法。
- 前記透明部材上に配置された前記幹細胞に照明光を照射する第2の照射ステップと、
前記幹細胞の透過光を撮像し、透過光画像を取得する第2の取得ステップと、を更に備える、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の幹細胞の観察方法。 - 前記特定ステップにより分化傾向状態にあると特定された前記幹細胞を除去する除去ステップと、を更に備える、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の幹細胞の観察方法。
- 前記幹細胞は、iPS細胞である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の幹細胞の観察方法。
- 照射光を出力する光源を有し、透明部材上に配置された幹細胞に前記照明光を斜向照明する光照射部と、
前記幹細胞の散乱光を撮像し、散乱光画像を取得する撮像部と、
分化傾向状態にある幹細胞を特定するために、前記散乱光画像を表示する表示部と、
を備える幹細胞の観察装置。 - 前記光照射部は、前記透明部材を介して前記斜向した照明光を前記幹細胞に照射する、請求項8に記載の幹細胞の観察装置。
- 前記撮像部は、前記幹細胞によって散乱され、前記透明部材を通過した前記幹細胞の前記散乱光を撮像する、請求項8又は9に記載の幹細胞の観察装置。
- 前記光照射部は、前記透明部材が載置される面と前記光源から出力される前記照明光が入力される他面とを含む導光部材を有する、請求項8〜10の何れか一項に記載の幹細胞の観察装置。
- 前記撮像部は、前記幹細胞によって散乱され、前記導光部材を通過した前記幹細胞の前記散乱光を撮像する、請求項11に記載の幹細胞の観察装置。
- 前記幹細胞は、iPS細胞である、請求項8〜12の何れか一項に記載の幹細胞の観察装置。
