Claims (10)
- 表示パネル;
前記表示パネルの一側周縁部に取り付けられている光源;
前記表示パネルの下に配置する導光板;
前記光源を駆動するための信号を生成する光源駆動部を実装している印刷回路基板;
前記印刷回路基板と前記表示パネルを連結する連結フィルム;
前記光源駆動部及び前記連結フィルムを連結する第1配線;及び、
前記連結フィルム及び前記光源を連結する第2配線を含み、
前記表示パネルは、互いに対向する第1基板及び第2基板を含み、
前記光源は前記第1基板の下部面に取り付けられており、
前記光源は、前記導光板の一側面と対向するように配置されて、前記光源から出射した光が前記導光板の一側面に入射し、
前記連結フィルムは、前記印刷回路基板の上部面と前記第1基板の上部面にそれぞれ取り付けられており、
前記第1配線は、前記印刷回路基板の上部面に形成されており、
前記第2配線は、前記第1基板の上部面及び下部面を連結するように形成されており、
前記第1基板の下部面に形成される第1、第2、第3及び第4の光源パッド部;及び
前記第1基板の下部面に形成されて、前記第2の光源パッド部と、前記第3の光源パッド部とを連結する第3配線さらに含み、
前記第2配線の一端部が前記第1の光源パッド部に連結され、
一の前記光源は、その一方及び他方の端子部が、それぞれ、前記第1及び第2の光源パッド部に接続されるようにして、前記第1基板の下部面に取り付けられ、
他の一の前記光源は、その一方及び他方の端子部が、それぞれ、前記第3及び第4の光源パッド部に接続されるようにして、前記第1基板の下部面に取り付けられ、
前記他の一の光源は、前記の第1、第2及び第3の光源パッド部と、前記第3配線と、前記一の光源中の内部配線とを通じて、前記の第2配線の一端部に電気的に接続されている、表示装置。 - 一つの前記連結フィルムに、複数の前記第2配線が、互いに離間した位置にて接続している、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 一つの前記連結フィルムにおける、一方の端部、及び他方の端部に、それぞれ、一の前記第2配線、及び、他の一の前記第2配線が接続している、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 一つの前記印刷回路基板に、複数の前記連結フィルムが接続している、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記連結フィルムは、フレキシブル印刷回路基板(FPC、Flexible Printed Circuit)またはチップオンフィルム(COF、Chip On Film)からなる、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光源は、発光ダイオードチップまたは発光ダイオードパッケージからなる、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルは表示領域及び非表示領域を含み、
前記光源、前記光源パッド部、及び前記第3配線は前記非表示領域に形成されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記導光板と前記表示パネルの間に形成されている光学シート;及び
前記導光板の下に形成されている反射板をさらに含み、
前記反射板は、前記光源の下部面と重なり合う領域にまで延びている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2配線は、前記第1基板の周縁の上部面、下部面、及び側面を取り囲むように形成されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1基板の周縁を貫くホールをさらに含み、
前記第2配線は、前記ホール内に形成されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
