Claims (14)
- 電池活性材料を形成する装置であって、
前駆体入り口と、
第1の複数の独立制御式の加熱ゾーンを有する線形ヒータであって、線形ヒータの入り口は、前記前駆体入り口に結合されている、線形ヒータと、
前記線形ヒータの出口に結合され、第2の複数の独立制御式の加熱ゾーンを有する線形変換器と、
前記線形変換器に結合されたアニール装置と、
前記アニール装置に結合された冷却器と、
前記冷却器に結合された粒子収集器と、
前記線形ヒータと前記冷却器に結合された熱再利用ラインであって、前記熱再利用ラインは、前記冷却器から前記線形ヒータへ熱を伝える、熱再利用ラインと、を備える装置。 - 前記前駆体入り口が、液滴ジェネレータによって前記線形ヒータに結合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記液滴ジェネレータが、単分散または半単分散型の液滴ジェネレータである、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記線形変換器がセラミックの円筒形部材であり、前記円筒形部材の直径に対する前記円筒形部材の長さの比が少なくとも2である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記前駆体入り口に結合された電池活性前駆体源をさらに備える請求項2に記載の装置。
- 液滴ジェネレータと、
線形ヒータであって、線形ヒータの入り口は、前記液滴ジェネレータに結合されている、線形ヒータと、
前記線形ヒータの出口に結合された線形リアクタであって、前記線形リアクタの周りに配置された複数の加熱要素を有する前記線形リアクタと、
前記線形リアクタに結合された線形冷却器と、
前記線形冷却器から前記線形ヒータへ熱を伝えるための熱再利用ラインと、を備える燃焼合成装置。 - 前記液滴ジェネレータに結合された液体前駆体源をさらに備え、前記液滴ジェネレータが単分散または半単分散型の液滴ジェネレータである、請求項6に記載の燃焼合成装置。
- 前記加熱要素のそれぞれに独立して結合されたコントローラをさらに備える請求項6に記載の燃焼合成装置。
- 前記線形冷却器に結合された冷却ガス源をさらに備える請求項6に記載の燃焼合成装置。
- 前記線形冷却器に結合された湿度センサをさらに備える請求項6に記載の燃焼合成装置。
- 電池活性材料を形成する装置であって、
前駆体入り口と、
少なくとも2の直径に対する長さの比を有する線形乾燥器と、
前記前駆体入り口および前記線形乾燥器に結合された単分散型の液滴ジェネレータと、
前記線形乾燥器の周囲に接触する複数の加熱要素と、
前記線形乾燥器に結合されたセラミックの線形リアクタであって、前記セラミックの線形リアクタの外壁の周囲に接触する複数の加熱要素を有し、少なくとも2の直径に対する長さの比を有する前記セラミックの線形リアクタと、
前記セラミックの線形リアクタに結合された線形冷却器と、
前記線形冷却器に結合された粒子収集器と、を備える装置。 - 前記線形変換器が加熱要素によって取り囲まれている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記線形変換器が、長さと直径との比が少なくとも2である連続フロー管状リアクタである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記液滴ジェネレータが圧電液滴ジェネレータである、請求項6に記載の燃焼合成装置。
