Description
まず、本実施形態に係るメス端子1の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係るメス端子1を示す斜視図である。図2は、図2は、図1のA−A断面図である。図3(a)は、図1のB−B断面図であり、図3(b)は、図1のC−C断面図である。
次に、上述したメス端子1とオス端子3との接続について、図2及び図3を参照しながら簡単に説明する。
以上説明した本実施形態では、上壁14及び板バネ部20に半球状(円弧面状)の壁面側支点部15及びバネ側支点部22がそれぞれ設けられる。これにより、オス端子3に振動(例えば、車両の振動)が生じた場合に、板バネ部20も振動するが、板バネ部20が半球状(円弧面状)のバネ側支点部22を支点とすることで、振動方向については3次元方向に追従できるため、オス端子3と板バネ部20との接続信頼性が向上する。
次に、上述した実施形態に係るメス端子1の変更例について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図4(a)は、変更例に係るメス端子1を示す断面図(図1のC−C断面図に相当)であり、図4(b)は、変更例に係る板バネ部20の一部を示す斜視図である。なお、上述した実施形態に係るメス端子1と同一部分には同一の符号を付して、相違する部分を主として説明する。
上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなる。
また、固定接点部30は、円弧面状に形成されるものとして説明したが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば平面状に形成されていてもよい。

Claims (1)
- 相手側のオス端子が挿入される端子収容室を形成する壁部と、前記壁部の上壁側に基端が固定されて先端が自由端とされており、前記自由端が前記端子収容室に突出する片持ち支持状の板バネ部とを備えるメス端子であって、
前記上壁及び前記板バネ部には、前記基端よりも自由端側の位置において、相手側に向かって突出する半球状の支点部が設けられ、
前記支点部は、前記上壁に設けられる半球状の壁面側支点部と、前記板バネ部に設けられる半球状のバネ側支点部とを有し、
前記壁面側支点部及び前記バネ側支点部は、互いに当接し、
かつ、前記板バネ部が設けられた前記上壁の反対側の底壁には、前記端子収容室に突出する固定接点部が設けられ、
前記固定接点部は、円弧面状に形成されることを特徴とするメス端子。
