Description
ペットフードA:炭水化物30〜60質量%、蛋白質20〜35質量%及び脂肪10〜25質量%。
ペットフードB:炭水化物50〜75質量%、蛋白質15〜30質量%及び脂肪5〜15質量。
下記表1に示す配合のドライタイプのドッグフードA及びBを製造した。より具体的には、ミキサーを用いて各原料を十分に混合した後、その混合物をエクストルーダーに供給して押出成型して膨化発泡させ、それをカッターにて切断して直径5mm、長さ10mmの円柱状の粒を造粒し、ドライヤーにて乾燥してドッグフードA及びBを製造した。こうして得られたドッグフードA及びBをそれぞれ個別にレトルト包材で密封包装してドッグフードA及びBの個装体を得、これら2種類の個装体を包装容器としての包装袋内に収納して、目的とするドッグフード製品を製造した。このドッグフード製品におけるドッグフードA及びBの含有質量比は、ドッグフードA:ドッグフードB=1:1であった。ドッグフードA及びBそれぞれの炭水化物、蛋白質及び脂肪の含有量を前記方法により測定した。その測定結果を水分含量と共に下記表1に示す。
年齢3歳の雌のビーグル犬6頭(平均体重10kg/頭)を1頭ずつ別の檻に入れ、所定の給与時刻になったら、それぞれの檻の中に所定量のドッグフードを入れた皿を置いて自由に摂取させた。ドッグフードの給与時刻は9時及び21時の1日2回とし、9時にドッグフードAを100g給与し、21時にドッグフードBを100g給与した。ドッグフードAの給与前にビーグル犬から採血すると共に、ドッグフードAの給与後4時間経過毎にビーグル犬から採血し、採取した血液から血清を分離した。血清とは、血液中の脂質(中性脂肪、遊離脂肪酸)を分析するために、採血した血液を試験管中に放置し得られる上清のことであり、血液から血球と血小板を除いた成分である。血清中の中性脂肪濃度を酵素法(遊離グリセロール消去法)により測定し、血清中の遊離脂肪酸濃度を酵素法(UV END法)により測定した。その結果(各測定値の平均値)を図1及び図2に示す。
Claims (2)
- 組成の異なる2種類の下記ペットフードA及びBのうちの一方を給与後、3時間以上経過した後に他方を給与し、且つペットフードA及びBの給与量を、質量比で、ペットフードA:ペットフードB=1〜2:1とし、
ペットフードA及びBのうちの一方の給与時刻は0時から12時の時間帯から選択され、他方の給与時刻は12時から24時の時間帯から選択されるペットフードの給与方法。
ペットフードA:炭水化物30〜60質量%、蛋白質20〜35質量%及び脂肪10〜25質量%。
ペットフードB:炭水化物50〜75質量%、蛋白質15〜30質量%及び脂肪5〜15質量。 - ペットフードAの給与時刻は0時から12時の時間帯から選択され、ペットフードBの給与時刻は12時から24時の時間帯から選択される請求項1に記載のペットフードの給与方法。
