Abstract
Description
本発明の手段の医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出検出用偽薬組成物、医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出検出用キット、および、医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出の検出方法に用いる溶液漏出検出用偽薬組成物とするため、人体に曝露されても安全性に関する懸念の少ない非医薬成分を含有させたものを用いる。溶液漏出検出用に適したものとするため、水溶性で、視認することができるか、または検査機器で検出することが可能な成分を用いることが好ましい。また、医薬調合用器具、医薬投与用器具や医療機器に付着しても装置を変質させ故障させることのない反応性の低い成分を用いることが好ましい。
溶液漏出検出用偽薬組成物に用いる可食性の色素化合物を封入して溶液漏出検出用染料成分として水溶液中に溶解可能に保持するものとして用いるバイアルは、放射性医薬品や化学療法剤などの抗がん剤のような医薬を封入することに一般に用いられているバイアルを用いることができる。たとえば、ガラス製バイアルを用いることができる。そして、このバイアルとしては、ゴムや樹脂などによる封止可能な栓を有し、注射針などを栓から差し込むことで内部の溶液を取り出すことが可能なものを用いる。
検査箇所の拭き取り具は、ガーゼタンポン、綿棒、綿球、不織布、ワイプ、サンプリングシート又はクーポンなどを用いることができる。溶液漏出検出用染料成分として水溶液中に溶解可能な可食性の色素化合物を拭き取るため、予め精製水で湿潤させてから用いることが好ましい。
精製水は、溶液漏出検出用染料成分として水溶液中に溶解可能な可食性の色素化合物を湿潤させ、該精製水中に溶解させ、所望の濃度に希釈するための溶媒として用いられる。測定値のバックグラウンドが低減されるよう、ミリQ水や逆浸透処理をした水などのものを精製水として用いることが好ましい。
拭き取り具の密閉収納容器は、溶液漏出検出用染料成分として水溶液中に溶解可能な可食性の色素化合物を精製水で湿潤させて拭き取ったガーゼタンポン、綿棒、綿球、不織布、ワイプ、サンプリングシート又はクーポンなどの検査箇所の拭き取り具を密閉して可能な収納容器を用いる。本発明においては、検査箇所の拭き取り具を室温で保存することが可能であるが、冷蔵や−20℃などの冷凍下で保存しても良いため、それらいずれの温度帯においても密閉して保存することができる容器を用いることが好ましい。
Claims (6)
- 溶液漏出検出用偽薬組成物に用いる可食性の色素化合物を封入して溶液漏出検出用染料成分として水溶液中に溶解可能に保持したバイアルと、検査箇所の拭き取り具と、検査箇所を湿潤させるための精製水と、拭き取り具の密閉収納容器とを含む、医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出検出用キット。
- 前記検査箇所の拭き取り具が、ガーゼタンポン、綿棒、綿球、不織布、ワイプ、サンプリングシート又はクーポンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出検出用キット。
- 前記医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出検出用キットのバイアルは複数本のバイアルからなり、互いのバイアルにはそれぞれ異なる種類の可食性の色素化合物が封入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出検出用キット。
- 可食性の色素化合物を含む溶液漏出検出用偽薬組成物の溶液を輸液中に投入し、投与状態における輸液バッグ及び輸液用配管、シリンジおよび接続部の周囲を、精製水で湿潤させた拭き取り具で拭き取った後、該拭き取り具から、色素化合物の成分が検知されるか否かを確認する、医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出の検出方法。
- 前記色素化合物の検出が、液体クロマトグラフィー・タンデム質量分析法(LC−MS/MS)、フーリエ変換型赤外分光高度法(FTIR)、HPLC、分光光度法により行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出の検出方法。
- 複数種類の、可食性の色素化合物を含む溶液漏出検出用偽薬組成物をそれぞれ異なる箇所の輸液中に投入し、検出された色素化合物の組成から当該色素化合物の投入箇所と関連付けて溶液漏出箇所を特定することを特徴とする、請求項4または請求項5に記載の医薬調合用器具並びに医薬投与用器具からの溶液漏出の検出方法。
