Description
本発明の主題は、自動車用ガス供給モジュールであって、二口ディスペンサー、ガス冷却器、二口ディスペンサーと冷却器とを接続する吸気ボックスを備え、二口ディスペンサーは、吸気ボックスへ接続された第1排出口と、モジュールの外側に向かっている第2排出口を備えているものに関する。
図5に示すように、本発明に係るガス供給モジュール100は、二口ディスペンサー108、吸気ボックス119、給気冷却器(CAC)107、接合フランジ(図示せず)、および吸気ボックス119と二口ディスペンサー108とを接続するダクト130を備えている。

Claims (6)
- 二口ディスペンサー(108)、給気冷却器(107)、前記二口ディスペンサー(108)と前記給気冷却器(107)とを接続している吸気ボックス(119)を備える自動車用ガス供給モジュール(100)であって、
前記二口ディスペンサー(108)は、前記吸気ボックス(119)へ通じている第1空気排出口(136)と、前記モジュール(100)の外側へ向いている第2空気排出口とを備えており、
前記モジュール(100)は、前記二口ディスペンサー(108)の前記第1空気排出口(136)と前記吸気ボックス(119)を接続しているダクト(130)を備え、
前記ダクト(130)は、インターロック接続により、前記二口ディスペンサー(108)の前記第1空気排出口(136)へ接続されており、他のインターロック接続により、前記吸気ボックス(119)へ接続されており、
前記ダクト(130)と前記吸気ボックス(119)との接続は、スライド式の接続であり、前記ダクト(130)と前記二口ディスペンサー(108)における前記第1空気排出口(136)との接続は、玉継ぎ手式の接続であることを特徴とするガス供給モジュール(100)。 - 前記ダクト(130)の両端の少なくとも一方(142)は、円形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール(100)。
- 前記ダクトの両端の少なくとも一方(140)は、矩形断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のモジュール(100)。
- 前記ダクト(130)と前記吸気ボックス(119)との接続は、雄/雌型であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール(100)。
- 2つの前記接続の少なくとも1つは、シール(144、145)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール(100)。
- ダクト(130)は湾曲しており、互いに約100°の角度を成している2つの部分(138、139)からなっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール(100)。
