Claims (9)
- 液体の光硬化性樹脂を収容する槽と、
前記槽が載置され、前記光硬化性樹脂に照射する光を通過させる光通過部を有する台と、
前記台の下方に配置され、光を発する光源を少なくとも有し、前記光通過部を通じて前記光源からの光を前記槽内の前記光硬化性樹脂に照射する光学装置と、
前記槽の上方において昇降自在に設けられ、下降したときに前記槽内の光硬化性樹脂に浸漬し、上昇するときに、前記光が照射されて硬化した前記光硬化性樹脂を吊り上げるホルダと、を備え、
前記槽の所定方向の長さは、前記ホルダの前記所定方向の長さよりも長く、
前記所定方向を前後方向と仮定したときに、前記ホルダの前後方向の中央は前記槽の前後方向の中央よりも後方に位置し、かつ、前記槽の前端と前記ホルダの前端との前後方向長さは、前記ホルダの前後方向長さ以上であり、
前記槽の底面の前部が前記槽の底面の後部よりも上方に配置されるように前記槽を傾斜させる傾斜装置を備えた、3次元造形装置。 - 前記台、前記光学装置、および前記ホルダを支持するケースを備え、
前記傾斜装置は、前記ケースを傾斜させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の3次元造形装置。 - 液体の光硬化性樹脂を収容する槽と、
前記槽が載置され、前記光硬化性樹脂に照射する光を通過させる光通過部を有する台と、
前記台の下方に配置され、光を発する光源を少なくとも有し、前記光通過部を通じて前記光源からの光を前記槽内の前記光硬化性樹脂に照射する光学装置と、
前記槽の上方において昇降自在に設けられ、下降したときに前記槽内の光硬化性樹脂に浸漬し、上昇するときに、前記光が照射されて硬化した前記光硬化性樹脂を吊り上げるホルダと、を備え、
前記槽の所定方向の長さは、前記ホルダの前記所定方向の長さよりも長く、
前記所定方向を前後方向と仮定したときに、前記ホルダの前後方向の中央は前記槽の前後方向の中央よりも後方に位置し、かつ、前記槽の前端と前記ホルダの前端との前後方向長さは、前記ホルダの前後方向長さ以上であり、
前記光源は、レンズを有し、後方に向かって光を照射するプロジェクタからなり、
前記プロジェクタの後方に配置され、前記プロジェクタからの光を前記台の前記光通過部に向けて反射させるミラーを備え、
側面視において、前記レンズの光軸は、前記ミラーの中心よりも下方に位置する、3次元造形装置。 - 前記レンズの下端と前記ミラーの下端とは、略同じ高さである、請求項3に記載の3次元造形装置。
- 前記台上に配置され、前記ホルダを昇降自在に支持する支柱を備え、
前記ホルダは、前記支柱の前方に配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の3次元造形装置。 - 前記槽、前記ホルダ、および前記支柱を覆うカバーを備え、
前記カバーは、前下がりに傾斜する上壁を備えている、請求項5に記載の3次元造形装置。 - 前記光学装置の前記光源は、前記ホルダよりも前方に配置され、かつ、前記光源の後端部は前記槽の下方に配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の3次元造形装置。
- 前記光通過部は、前記台に形成された開口であり、
前記開口は、平面視において、前記ホルダよりも前後方向および左右方向に大きく、
前記ホルダは、平面視において、前記開口の周縁よりも内側に配置されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の3次元造形装置。 - 前記槽は、前記台上に載置された際に、一部が前記光通過部の上方に位置する底板を有し、
前記底板の後部が前記光通過部を覆うようにして前記槽が前記台上に載置される状態を第1の状態とし、前記第1の状態から前記槽の前後を入れ替え、前記底板の前部が前記光通過部を覆うようにして前記槽が前記台上に載置された状態を第2の状態としたとき、
前記第1の状態において、前記底板のうち前記光通過部の上方に位置する部分は、前記第2の状態では、前記光通過部の上方から外れた部分に位置する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の3次元造形装置。
