Description
[実験例]
Claims (12)
- 質量%でC:0.7〜0.9%、Si:0.5%以下、Mn:0.1〜1.5%、Cr:0.5%以下、P:0.05%以下、S:0.03%以下を含み、残部のFeおよびその他不可避の不純物からなる高炭素鋼材を準備する段階と、
前記鋼材を再加熱した後、熱間圧延の仕上げ温度がAr3変態温度以上であるオーステナイト領域で熱間圧延を実施して鋼板を製造する段階と、
相変態が開始する前に、水冷却台(ROT;Run−Out Table)で前記鋼板の冷却を開始し、前記相変態が生じない冷却速度で急速に冷却し、相変態率が10%以下で520〜620℃に到達する冷却する段階と、
前記鋼板の温度を520〜620℃のいずれかの温度の冷却維持温度から±20℃の範囲に維持し、5秒以上60秒以下の時間で相変態させる段階と、
前記鋼板を前記冷却維持温度で巻き取る段階と、
を含む高炭素熱延鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記鋼板は前記冷却維持温度の±5℃範囲に維持する、請求項1に記載の高炭素熱延鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記相変態させる段階で、前記水冷却台を通過する鋼板を、上部は空冷を行い、下部は水冷を行う、請求項1に記載の高炭素熱延鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記熱間圧延する段階で、前記鋼板は厚さが1.4mm〜4.0mmに熱間圧延される、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の高炭素熱延鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記冷却する段階で、前記鋼板の冷却速度は50〜300℃/秒である、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の高炭素熱延鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記巻き取られた鋼板は、熱処理工程を省略し、70%以上の圧下率で冷間圧延する段階をさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の製造方法で製造される高炭素熱延鋼板を冷間圧延して製造される高炭素冷延鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記巻き取られた鋼板は、熱処理工程を省略し、70%以上の圧下率で冷間圧延する段階をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の製造方法で製造される高炭素熱延鋼板を冷間圧延して製造される高炭素冷延鋼板の製造方法。
- 質量%でC:0.7〜0.9%、Si:0.5%以下、Mn:0.1〜1.5%、Cr:0.5%以下、P:0.05%以下、S:0.03%以下を含み、残部のFeおよびその他不可避の不純物からなる高炭素鋼材として、前記鋼材の微細組織中の層状炭化物間の層間間隔が50〜200nmであるラメラ(Lamellar)構造の微細パーライトを含み、前記微細パーライト相の層状炭化物間の層間間隔のばらつきが±20nm以内であり、前記微細パーライト相の体積分率が70%以上である高炭素熱延鋼板。
- 前記微細パーライト相の平均コロニー(Colony)サイズ(粒径)が1〜5μmである、請求項8に記載の高炭素熱延鋼板。
- 前記微細パーライト相とベイナイト相の体積分率の合計が90%以上である、請求項8に記載の高炭素熱延鋼板。
- 熱延鋼板のビッカース硬度は、300〜400HVである、請求項8、9および10のうちのいずれか一項に記載の高炭素熱延鋼板。
- 請求項8、9および10のうちのいずれか一項の熱延鋼板を用いて冷間圧延した高炭素冷延鋼板。
