Description
図7は、本発明を実装した場合のタイミングチャートであり、系統擾乱時の継続運転から復帰したタイミングにて、AVR待機時間を可変させた場合のタイミングチャートである。ここでは、通常のAVR待機時間を5×τと設定している。図中t6において、系統擾乱時の継続運転から復帰した場合、サンプリング回数をインクリメントせず1回で終了し、抑制されていない標準偏差Ucの値を鑑みながら、現在の電圧(残留電圧)を式(14)(15)から推定し、出力80%回復するためのAVR待機時間を3τ程度に設定する。

Claims (3)
- 太陽電池の電力値を計測する電力計測部と、
前記太陽電池の動作電圧を決定する電圧制御部と、
前記電力値を積算し、前記電力値の平均値を算出する平均化部と、
前記電力値の標準偏差と前記平均化部が算出した平均値に基づいて、前記電力計測部で計測された電力値が、前記平均値の前記標準偏差内であるか否かを判断し、前記標準偏差内ではない場合は、前記平均化部に対して前記電力値の積算を停止するよう指示し、前記動作電圧を決定する電力指令値を生成し、前記電力指令値を前記電圧制御部に送信する最大電力点追従制御部と、を有し、
前記電圧制御部は、前記電力計測部で計測された電力値に基づく電圧と、前記送信された電力指令値に基づいて、前記太陽電池の動作電圧を決定することを特徴とする太陽電池の制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記電圧指令値は、前記電力計測部で得られる第1の電力と太陽電池の特性変動時に得られる第2の電力との比と、第2の電力が得られた時の偏差情報から決定されることを特徴とする太陽電池の制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記最大電力点追従制御部は、前記電圧計測部で計測された電圧値と前記電圧指令値の差分に応じて、前記動作電圧が収束するまでの前記電圧制御部の待機時間を設定することを特徴とする太陽電池の制御装置。
