Description
外管と、外管との間に空間を空けてその外管内に配置された内管と、長手方向および半径方向に広がり外管と内管とを繋いで内管を支持する、周回方向複数箇所に設けられた支持板とを有する、押出成形を経て作製された二重管と、
その二重管両端部それぞれにおいて、内管あるいは内管に連結された管を突出させて外管と内管とに挟まれた内部空間を塞ぐ一対の端板とを有することを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 外管と、該外管との間に空間を空けて該外管内に配置された内管と、長手方向および半径方向に広がり該外管と該内管とを繋いで該内管を支持する、周回方向複数箇所に設けられた支持板とを有し、該内管の断面形状が円形となるように、該外管の断面形状が楕円形となるように又は該支持板に対応する該外管の外周箇所に平面状の扁平部を有するような非円形となるように、押出成形を経て作製された二重管と、
前記二重管両端部それぞれにおいて、前記内管あるいは該内管に連結された管を突出させて前記外管と前記内管とに挟まれた内部空間を塞ぐ一対の端板とを有することを特徴とする放熱パイプ。 - 前記外管の断面形状が前記楕円形となる場合には、前記支持板が前記楕円形の短径寄りに2枚ずつ配置されるように押出成形を経て作製されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放熱パイプ。
- 前記外管の断面形状が該支持板に対応する該外管の外周箇所に平面状の扁平部を有するような非円形となる場合には、前記支持板が前記扁平部のほぼ中央に配置されるように押出成形を経て作製されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放熱パイプ。
- 前記内管は、前記外管と同心に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか1項記載の放熱パイプ。
- 前記支持板は、周回方向等間隔に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちのいずれか1項記載の放熱パイプ。
- 前記支持板が、少なくとも一方の端部に、前記内部空間を1つに繋げる切欠きを有し、
前記一対の端板それぞれが、前記外管と、前記内管あるいは該内管に連結された管との双方に溶接により一体化されたものであって、
前記内部空間に不活性ガスが封入されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちのいずれか1項記載の放熱パイプ。 - 前記一対の端板のうちの少なくとも一方の端板が、前記内部空間と外部とを繋ぐ穴を有し、該穴に栓が圧入されることにより該内部空間が密封されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のうちのいずれか1項記載の放熱パイプ。
