Description
図5に示すアンモニア含有排水処理装置5を用いて、1,100mg/Lのアンモニアを含む高濃度アンモニア含有排水を処理した。図5に示すアンモニア含有排水処理装置5は、図4のアンモニア含有排水処理装置4の構成に加えて、アンモニアストリッピング処理装置12と1次逆浸透膜処理装置14との間に中継槽52と精密ろ過装置54とを備える。熱交換装置42のアンモニアストリッピング処理水出口と中継槽52の入口は、配管50により接続され、中継槽52の出口と精密ろ過装置54の入口は、配管56により接続され、精密ろ過装置54の出口と1次逆浸透膜処理装置14の入口は、配管58により接続されている。精密ろ過装置54は、後段の逆浸透膜を保護するために設置した。
図6に示すアンモニア含有排水処理装置6を用いて、1,100mg/Lのアンモニアを含む高濃度アンモニア含有排水を処理した。アンモニアストリッピング処理までは実施例1と同じ処理を行った。中継槽52で、塩酸を添加してアンモニアストリッピング処理水のpHを6.8に調整した。精密ろ過装置54を用いた精密ろ過処理では、ろ過孔径が30μmの精密ろ過膜を用いてアンモニアストリッピング処理水中に含まれる粒子状物質を除去した。
Claims (4)
- アンモニアと過酸化水素を含むアンモニア含有排水中の過酸化水素を分解する過酸化水素分解手段と、
過酸化水素が分解されたアンモニア含有排水をpH10以上でアンモニアストリッピング処理するアンモニアストリッピング処理手段と、
前記アンモニアストリッピング処理したアンモニアストリッピング処理水をpH10以上で1段目の逆浸透膜処理を行い、1次透過水と1次濃縮水とに分離する1次逆浸透膜処理手段と、
前記1次透過水をpH8.5以下で2段目の逆浸透膜処理を行い、2次透過水と2次濃縮水とに分離する2次逆浸透膜処理手段と、
前記2次濃縮水を前記過酸化水素分解手段または前記過酸化水素分解手段の前段側に循環する循環手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするアンモニア含有排水の処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載のアンモニア含有排水の処理装置であって、
前記過酸化水素分解手段が、カタラーゼを用いる酵素処理により過酸化水素を分解するものであることを特徴とするアンモニア含有排水の処理装置。 - アンモニアと過酸化水素を含むアンモニア含有排水中の過酸化水素を分解する過酸化水素分解工程と、
過酸化水素が分解されたアンモニア含有排水をpH10以上でアンモニアストリッピング処理するアンモニアストリッピング処理工程と、
前記アンモニアストリッピング処理したアンモニアストリッピング処理水をpH10以上で1段目の逆浸透膜処理を行い、1次透過水と1次濃縮水とに分離する1次逆浸透膜処理工程と、
前記1次透過水をpH8.5以下で2段目の逆浸透膜処理を行い、2次透過水と2次濃縮水とに分離する2次逆浸透膜処理工程と、
前記2次濃縮水を前記過酸化水素分解工程または前記過酸化水素分解工程の前段側に循環する循環工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするアンモニア含有排水の処理方法。 - 請求項3に記載のアンモニア含有排水の処理方法であって、
前記過酸化水素分解工程において、カタラーゼを用いる酵素処理により過酸化水素を分解することを特徴とするアンモニア含有排水の処理方法。
