Description
内容物を収納した容器本体と同容器本体の開口部を閉じる蓋体とが、前記開口部のフランジ面に沿って形成された環状シール部によって封止されており、前記環状シール部の所定箇所に、外力に基づき分離される分離シール部が設けられている容器であって、
前記環状シール部は、溝状の凹部が前記フランジ面に形成されており、
前記分離シール部に形成された前記凹部の少なくとも一部は、径方向内側の断面形状が径方向外側の断面形状よりも曲率半径の小さな不均等溝とされている点にある。
内容物を収納した容器の容器本体の開口部に蓋体を溶着することで前記容器本体を密閉するために用いられ、
前記蓋体を前記開口部に押し付けるための環状突起を先端に備えており、
前記溶着によって前記開口部と前記蓋体との間に形成される環状シール部の所定箇所に、外力に基づく前記容器本体の変形による前記容器本体内の内圧上昇によって分離される分離シール部を形成するシールバーであって、
前記環状突起の前記分離シール部に対応する箇所の少なくとも一部は、径方向内側の断面形状が径方向外側の断面形状よりも曲率半径の小さな不均等凸部とされている点にある。
(容器の概略構成)
図1は本発明に係る容器の一例としてのポーション容器を示しており、この図1のポーション容器1は、液体状などの内容物Cを収納した有底で樹脂製の容器本体2と、同容器本体2の開口部を密閉状に閉じる樹脂製の蓋体9とを備え、容器本体2の少なくとも一部は外力によって容易に変形されるように構成されている。
図2は、上記のポーション容器1と組み合わせて用いることで、ポーション容器1から排出された内容物Cを他の液体Lなどと容易に混合することの可能なボトル10の一例と、ボトル10にセットされたポーション容器1とを示している。
容器支持部13は、円筒部12Aの上方内部空間とボトル本体11の内部空間とを連通させるべく上下に延びた開口部14に向かって次第に低くなる傾斜面13Aを備えている。
図4に示すように、容器本体2の側壁部4は、底面3に向かって次第に縮径化される筒状体によって構成されており、フランジ5の裏面から底面3に向かって延出した基端部4Aと、底面3からフランジ5に向かって延出された先端部4Cと、これら基端部4Aと先端部4Cとを接続する中間部4Bとを備える。
図1及び図6に示すように、容器本体2と蓋体9とを封止している環状シール部6は、全周に亘って、フランジ面5Aの幅の全体が面状に溶着された形態ではなく、フランジ面5Aの幅の一部を占めるライン状に溶着された形態を呈している。
尚、本明細書において島状部とは、蓋体9がフランジ面5Aに対して意図的に部分的に溶着されずに、周囲の溶着された部位の内部に島状に残された部位を指す。
三角シール部6Tは、フランジ面5Aにおける被係合凹部5Bの径方向内側に相当する領域に沿って設けられており、全体として環状シール部6の径方向内側に向かって突出した左右対称な二等辺三角形状を呈している。
他方、二等辺三角形の径方向外側の底辺に相当する1辺は、逆向き環状シール部6Aの両端を連結するように直線状に延びた補助分離シール部6Bとされている。
〈1〉逆向き環状シール部6Aのみでなく、補助分離シール部6Bについても、径方向内側の部位が、径方向外側の部位に比べて急な角度で底面3向きに窪むシール力不均等溝とした形態で実施することも可能である。

Claims (7)
- 内容物を収納した容器本体と同容器本体の開口部を閉じる蓋体とが、前記開口部のフランジ面に沿って形成された環状シール部によって封止されており、前記環状シール部の所定箇所に、外力に基づき、分離される分離シール部が設けられている容器であって、
前記環状シール部は、溝状の凹部が前記フランジ面に形成されており、
前記分離シール部に形成された前記凹部の少なくとも一部は、径方向内側の断面形状が径方向外側の断面形状よりも曲率半径の小さな不均等溝とされている容器。 - 前記分離シール部の前記環状シール部が、前記開口部の径方向内側に向かって突出した逆向き環状シール部を備えている請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記逆向き環状シール部の径方向外側の両端どうしを連結する補助分離シール部が設けられている請求項2に記載の容器。
- 内容物を排出させる流出路が前記分離シール部から径方向外側に延びており、前記流出路を左右両側から挟む位置に、周方向に沿って複数の環状シール部が延びた非分離シール部が設けられている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記分離シール部と前記非分離シール部とを接続する左右一対の連結環状シール部の一部と前記流出路との間に、前記流出路を挟んで互いに対向する一対の補助非分離シール部が設けられている請求項4に記載の容器。
- 前記容器本体の前記フランジ面の前記流出路に相当する箇所に前記容器本体の底部に向かって窪んだ流出溝が形成されている請求項4または5に記載の容器。
- 内容物を収納した容器の容器本体の開口部に蓋体を溶着することで前記容器本体を密閉するために用いられ、
前記蓋体を前記開口部に押し付けるための環状突起を先端に備えており、
前記溶着によって前記開口部と前記蓋体との間に形成される環状シール部の所定箇所に、外力に基づく前記容器本体の変形による前記容器本体内の内圧上昇によって分離される分離シール部を形成するシールバーであって、
前記環状突起の前記分離シール部に対応する箇所の少なくとも一部は、径方向内側の断面形状が径方向外側の断面形状よりも曲率半径の小さな不均等凸部とされているシールバー。
