Claims (4)
- 表面が金属酸化物の多孔質構造からなる処理対象物を、炭素粉末と、鉄、ニッケル、コバルト、鉄合金、ニッケル合金、コバルト合金の少なくとも1種の粉末と、を含む平均粒径が数μm〜数百μm程度のマイクロメートルオーダの炭素源粉末中に埋没させた状態で、窒素ガス雰囲気中で800℃から1100℃の間の温度で加熱処理し、該多孔質構造の金属酸化物を、金属窒化物、金属炭化物又は金属炭窒化物で置換し、処理対象物の多孔質構造を保持した導電性材料を得ることを特徴とする導電性材料の製造方法。
- 処理対象物を埋没させる炭素源粉末に、酸化アルミニウム粉末や酸化チタン粉末等の金属酸化物粉末を混合し、前記加熱処理することにより、多孔質構造の金属酸化物の表面にアルミニウムやチタン等の酸化物粉末を構成する金属を拡散させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導電性材料の製造方法。
- 金属母材を陽極酸化皮膜処理することにより、表面が金属酸化物の多孔質構造からなる処理対象物を形成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の導電性材料の製造方法。
- 処理対象物の金属酸化物は、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化アルミニウムのいずれか1種であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の導電性材料の製造方法。
