Claims (16)
- ステント送達システムであって、
内部部材と、
前記内部部材の周囲に設置されたイントロデューサシースと、
前記内部部材と前記イントロデューサシースとの間に設置されたステントと、
前記内部部材と前記イントロデューサシースとに連結されたハンドルであって、前記内部部材に対する前記イントロデューサシースの長さ方向の位置を移動させるように構成され、かつ、外側フランジ部と内側部分とを有する作動部材を含むハンドルと、
前記作動部材に設置され、かつ、前記作動部材の意図されない作動を防止するように構成されたロック部材であって、前記作動部材に取り付けられる把持部とハンドル部分とを含み、前記把持部が、前記ロック部材が前記作動部材に取り付けられる取付状態と、前記ロック部材を前記作動部材から外すことのできる解放状態との間で移動するように構成されており、前記把持部が、前記作動部材の内側部分と係合するように構成された半径方向の内側に向かって延びる複数の爪を含むロック部材と、

- 前記ロック部材が先端側縁辺と基端側縁辺とを含み、前記先端側縁辺と前記基端側縁辺の少なくとも一方が前記ハンドルと係合するように構成される、請求項1に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ハンドルが、前記作動部材に近接して設けられた溝を含み、前記ロック部材が、前記溝の中に延びるように構成された1つまたは複数の突起を含む、請求項1に記載のステント送達システム。

前記本体に連結され、かつ、前記サムホイールと係合するように構成された1つまたは複数の把持用指状部材であって、前記サムホイールと係合する係合状態と、前記サムホイールから解放される解放状態との間で移動するように構成されており、各々が、前記サムホイールと係合するように構成された半径方向の内側に向かって延びる爪を含む把持用指状部材と、
前記本体に連結され、前記把持用指状部材の位置を移動させるための1つまたは複数の押圧可能なつまみと、
を含むロック部材。 - 前記把持用指状部材が、半径方向の内側に向かって延びるように付勢される、請求項11に記載のロック部材。
- 前記押圧可能なつまみに半径方向の内側に向かう力をかけることによって、前記把持用指状部材が前記係合状態から前記解放状態に移動する、請求項12に記載のロック部材。
- 前記押圧可能なつまみから前記半径方向の内側に向かう力を解除すると、前記把持用指状部材が前記解放状態から前記係合状態に移動する、請求項13に記載のロック部材。
- 前記ロック部材が、前記サムホイールに近接して、前記ハンドルに形成された溝の中に入るように構成された1つまたは複数の突起を含む、請求項11に記載のロック部材。

前記本体に連結され、前記サムホイールと係合するように構成された1つまたは複数の把持用指状部材であって、前記サムホイールと係合する係合状態と、前記サムホイールから解放される解放状態との間で移動するように構成され、前記把持用指状部材が半径方向の内側に向かって延びるように付勢されており、さらに、各々が、前記サムホイールと係合するように構成された半径方向の内側に向かって延びる爪を含む、把持用指状部材と、
前記本体に連結され、前記把持用指状部材の位置を移動させるための1つまたは複数の押圧可能なつまみと、
を含むステップと、
前記押圧可能なつまみに半径方向の内側に向かう力をかけて、前記把持用指状部材を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に移動させるステップと、
前記ロック部材を前記サムホイールの上に設置するステップと、
前記押圧可能なつまみから半径方向の内側に向かう力を解除して、前記把持用指状部材を前記解放状態から前記係合状態に移動させ、前記ロック部材を前記サムホイールに取り付けるステップと、
を含む方法。
