Claims (9)
- 回転電機の回転体表面における集電ブラシとの摺動面に向けて入射する光源と、前記摺動面からの反射光を受光する受光部と、該受光部からの信号を処理する判定部とから構成される回転電機の摺動状態診断装置であって、
前記判定部は、前記反射光の特定波長成分の増加を検知して回転電機の回転体表面における摺動状態の異常を判定するとともに、
前記判定部は、前記反射光の特定波長成分と、特定波長成分以外の波長成分である非特定波長成分とを比較し、その差分の増加を検知して回転電機の回転体表面における摺動状態の異常を判定することを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の摺動状態診断装置であって、
前記受光部は、前記反射光の特定波長成分を透過するフィルタを介して前記摺動面からの反射光を受光することを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の回転電機の摺動状態診断装置であって、
前記判定部内部の分光スペクトル化処理により、前記反射光の特定波長成分が求められることを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の回転電機の摺動状態診断装置であって、
前記光源が前特定波長成分の単色光源とされることを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の摺動状態診断装置であって、
前記集電ブラシの材料が銅である場合に、前記反射光の特定波長成分は600nm以上の波長とされることを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の摺動状態診断装置であって、
前記集電ブラシの材料が銀である場合に、前記反射光の特定波長成分は300nm以上の波長とされることを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断装置。 - 回転電機の回転体表面における集電ブラシとの摺動面に向けて入射した光の反射光を利用する回転電機の摺動状態診断方法であって、
前記反射光の特定波長成分の増加を検知して回転電機の回転体表面における摺動状態の異常を判定するとともに、
前記反射光の特定波長成分と、特定波長成分以外の波長成分である非特定波長成分とを比較し、その差分の増加を検知して回転電機の回転体表面における摺動状態の異常を判定することを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断方法。 - 請求項7に記載の回転電機の摺動状態診断方法であって、
前記集電ブラシの材料が銅である場合に、前記反射光の特定波長成分は600nm以上の波長とされることを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断方法。 - 請求項7または請求項8に記載の回転電機の摺動状態診断方法であって、
前記集電ブラシの材料が銀である場合に、前記反射光の特定波長成分は300nm以上の波長とされることを特徴とする回転電機の摺動状態診断方法。
