第2のネジシャフトと第2のヘッドを備えている第2の骨ネジであって、前記第2のネジシャフトは第2の縦方向シャフト軸に沿って延び且つ下にある構造体に取り付けられるように構成され、前記第2のヘッドは前記ボアの前記内ネジと係合するように形成された外ネジを形成する外面を有している、前記第2の骨ネジと、を有する前記少なくとも1つのアンカー・イン・アンカーシステムと、
骨管内に挿入するように構成された髄内釘であって、前記髄内釘は本体を有し、前記髄内釘は前記本体を通って延びる複数の開口を形成し、前記アンカー・イン・アンカーシステムが前記髄内釘に連結されているとき、前記複数の開口のうちの1つが前記第1の骨ネジの少なくとも1部分を受け取り、前記第2の骨ネジが前記髄内釘を通過することなく前記髄内釘の外側に延びる、前記髄内釘と、
を有することを特徴とするアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。 - 前記第1のヘッドは、前記ボア軸と実質的に平行である第1のヘッド軸を定めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。

- 前記第2の骨ネジは、前記第2の縦方向シャフト軸が前記ボア軸と実質的に一致するように前記ボア内に挿入されるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記本体は、第1の開口を形成する第1のセグメントと、前記本体のヘッド部分を形成し且つ第2の開口を形成する第2のセグメントと、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記第2のセグメントは、第1のセグメントの外径よりも大きな外径を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の開口は、第1の骨ネジを受け取るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記髄内釘は、前記髄内釘が前記骨管内に挿入されるとき、骨の骨折部が前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口との間に配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- さらに、前記複数のアンカー・イン・アンカーシステムを備え、前記第2のセグメントは、前記複数のアンカー・イン・アンカーシステムのうちの個々の1つの第1の骨ネジを受け取るようにそれぞれ構成された複数の第2の開口をさらに形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の開口は、互いから角度的に変位されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の骨ネジは、前記第2の骨ネジが前記ボア内に受け入れられるとき、前記髄内釘に取り付けられることなく前記髄内釘を取り囲む骨に直接に取り付けられるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の及び前記第2の骨ネジは、いずれの付加的な補助固定装置によっても接合されないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記アンカー・イン・アンカーシステムに取り付けられるように構成されている付加的な補助固定装置を備え、前記付加的な補助固定装置が前記第1の骨ネジの前記第1のヘッドと係合する骨プレートを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のヘッドは、外ネジを形成する外面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
