Claims (2)
- 車両に搭載される駆動源の駆動力を前後輪または左右輪に接続する駆動力伝達経路に配置される油圧クラッチを備え、油圧供給機構に配置される電磁ソレノイドバルブを介して前記油圧供給機構から前記油圧クラッチに供給される作動油の油圧を調圧して前記駆動源の駆動力を前記前後輪または左右輪に可変に配分可能であると共に、前記油圧供給機構に配置される電磁ソレノイドバルブがスリーブ内に摺動自在に収容されて一端をプランジャで他端をダンパ室に配置されるスプリングで付勢されるスプールを備えた四輪駆動車の駆動力配分装置において、前記油圧供給機構に貯留される作動油の油面よりも重力方向において上方位置に、前記電磁ソレノイドバルブのスリーブに、前記ダンパ室に作動油を充填可能な作動油充填手段を設け、前記電磁ソレノイドバルブは前記油圧クラッチに近接して配置されると共に、前記作動油充填手段が前記スリーブの前記上方位置に穿設されて前記ダンパ室に連通される貫通孔からなり、よって前記油圧クラッチで掻き揚げられた作動油を前記貫通孔から前記ダンパ室に充填可能にしたことを特徴とする四輪駆動車の駆動力配分装置。
- 前記油圧供給機構は前記電磁ソレノイドバルブのドレンポートから前記駆動力伝達経路に前記油圧が調圧された後の作動油を潤滑油として供給する潤滑油路を備えると共に、前記作動油充填手段が前記電磁ソレノイドバルブのドレンポートと前記ダンパ室を接続する分岐油路からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の四輪駆動車の駆動力配分装置。
