Description
図1は、本発明方法に従って製造された分岐部付き中空部品10の断面図で、逆J字形状の主パイプ部12と、その主パイプ部12の中間位置に連結された直線形状の分岐パイプ部14とを有し、繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂や非強化の熱可塑性樹脂等の合成樹脂材料にて一体に構成されている。主パイプ部12および分岐パイプ部14は何れも断面が円形の円筒形状で、内部に中空部16、18を備えているとともに、長手方向の両端が開口しており、中空部16、18は主パイプ部12の樹脂壁に形成された連通穴20を介して互いに連通させられている。分岐パイプ部14は主パイプ部12に対して略直角に連結されているとともに、分岐パイプ部14の径寸法は主パイプ部12の径寸法よりも小さく、連通穴20は分岐パイプ部14の中空部18と同じ径寸法で形成されている。
Claims (2)
- 中抜き用駒が配置された主キャビティと、該主キャビティに連通するように設けられるとともにスライド軸が進退可能に挿入され且つ該スライド軸との間の環状空間で分岐パイプ部を成形する分岐部キャビティとを有する成形型内に、溶融樹脂を充填する樹脂充填工程と、
前記中抜き用駒を移動させて、前記主キャビティの一端部に設けられた排出口から余剰の樹脂を押し出しながら、該主キャビティ内の樹脂に中空部を設けて中空の主パイプ部を成形する主パイプ部成形工程と、
前記分岐部キャビティ内の前記スライド軸を後退させて前記分岐パイプ部に中空部を形成する軸抜き工程と、
を有し、前記中空部が互いに連通するように前記主パイプ部に前記分岐パイプ部が一体に連結された樹脂製の分岐部付き中空部品を製造する製造方法において、
前記主パイプ部成形工程は、前記主キャビティの前記排出口と反対側の他端部に設けられた加圧ポートから該主キャビティ内に加圧流体を圧入して前記中抜き用駒を該排出口側へ移動させるもので、
該主パイプ部成形工程で前記主パイプ部を成形した後に、前記スライド軸を前記主キャビティに向かって前進させ、該スライド軸の先端外周縁を全周に亘って該主パイプ部の中空部内まで突出させることにより、該主パイプ部を構成している樹脂壁のうち前記分岐パイプ部の連結部分に連通穴を形成する穴抜き工程と、
該穴抜き工程に続いて前記加圧ポートから加圧流体を圧入し、前記スライド軸によって前記連通穴を形成する際に発生した抜き屑を前記排出口側へ移動させる抜き屑移動工程と、
を有することを特徴とする分岐部付き中空部品の製造方法。 - 中抜き用駒が配置された主キャビティと、該主キャビティに連通するように設けられるとともにスライド軸が進退可能に挿入され且つ該スライド軸との間の環状空間で分岐パイプ部を成形する分岐部キャビティとを有する成形型と、
前記中抜き用駒を移動させて、前記主キャビティの一端部に設けられた排出口から余剰の樹脂を押し出しながら、該主キャビティ内の樹脂に中空部を設けて中空の主パイプ部を成形するため、該主キャビティの該排出口と反対側の他端部に設けられた加圧ポートから該主キャビティ内に加圧流体を圧入する流体圧入装置と、
前記分岐部キャビティ内の前記スライド軸を後退させて前記分岐パイプ部に中空部を形成するスライド軸移動装置と、
を有し、前記中空部が互いに連通するように前記主パイプ部に前記分岐パイプ部が一体に連結された樹脂製の分岐部付き中空部品を製造する製造装置において、
前記スライド軸移動装置は、前記スライド軸を前記主キャビティに向かって前進させ、該スライド軸の先端外周縁を全周に亘って前記主パイプ部の中空部内まで突出させることにより、該主パイプ部を構成している樹脂壁のうち前記分岐パイプ部の連結部分に連通穴を形成できるように、該スライド軸を前進後退移動させることができる一方、
前記スライド軸の先端面は中心部分が凹んだ凹形状を成しているとともに、該先端面の外周縁には先端側へ突き出す凸部が周方向に離間して複数設けられている
ことを特徴とする分岐部付き中空部品の製造装置。
