Claims (5)
- 培養室内に温度及びガス濃度が制御された環境を構成する培養庫と、
前記培養室内の培養物の顕微鏡画像を撮影するための撮像装置とを備えた培養物観察システムにおいて、
前記撮像装置は、前記培養室内に設けられ、撮像対象となる前記培養物が透光性の容器に収納された状態で保持されるテーブルを備えると共に、
前記培養室内を温める庫内ヒータと、前記テーブルを温めるステージヒータと、前記培養室内の温度を検出する庫内温度センサと、前記テーブルの温度を検出するステージ温度センサと、前記培養室内の温度及び前記テーブルの温度を制御する制御手段が設けられ、
該制御手段は、前記庫内温度センサの計測値に基づき、前記ステージヒータとは独立して前記庫内ヒータを制御することにより、前記培養室内の温度を制御すると共に、
前記庫内温度センサと前記ステージ温度センサの計測値に基づき、前記テーブルの温度を前記培養室内の温度以下に制御することを特徴とする培養物観察システム。 - 前記透光性の容器は、その下部が前記テーブルに接触した状態で当該テーブルに保持されることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の培養物観察システム。
- 前記テーブルは円形の板状部材であって、中心に取り付けられた回転軸により回転可能で且つ直線移動可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の培養物観察システム。
- 前記制御手段は、前記庫内温度センサと前記ステージ温度センサの計測値に基づき、前記テーブルの温度を前記培養室内の温度以下、かつ、前記培養室内の温度との差が0.5℃未満になるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の培養物観察システム。
- 前記培養室内に設けられた光源を備え、
前記培養室内に前記光源の前方で前記テーブルの上方に前記容器を載置するための棚を着脱可能に架設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の培養物観察システム。
