Claims (3)
- 正逆方向に微動回転する軸体と、前記軸体を支える支持体との間に介在させる正逆微動回転軸受であって、前記支持体に固定される取付部材と、前記軸体に取り付けられる軸接合部材と、前記取付部材と前記軸接合部材とを連接するため前記取付部材と前記軸接合部材との間に配列された可撓性を有する複数の連接部材と、を備え、
前記取付部材と前記軸接合部材とが前記軸体の軸方向と平行な方向に距離を隔てて配置され、
前記支持体、前記取付部材及び前記軸接合部材のそれぞれに、互いに同軸上で重なり合う状態で、前記軸体の外径より大きな内径の貫通孔が開設され、
複数の前記連接部材が、前記貫通孔に挿通される前記軸体の周りで前記軸体と平行をなすように並列配置されたことを特徴とする正逆微動回転軸受。 - 前記軸体及び当該正逆微動回転軸受で構成されるばね質量系の固有振動数が、前記軸体の正逆微動回転の振動数と同等となるように設定した請求項1記載の正逆微動回転軸受。
- 前記連接部材が板状部材、線状部材、紐状部材若しくは鎖状部材である請求項1または2記載の正逆微動回転軸受。
