Description
The present invention relates to a hydraulic excavator.
Conventionally, electric excavators are mounted with electrical components such as a processing device (vehicle body controller) that processes information from sensors attached at predetermined locations. Since the electrical component has a lower heat-resistant temperature than other parts and needs to be hardly affected by the heat from the engine room, it is proposed to cool by an exclusive cooling structure (for example, see Patent Document 1). ).
In Patent Document 1, in a small canopy-type hydraulic excavator, an electrical component is disposed on the side of an operator seat, and the electrical component is covered with an electrical component cover. The electrical component cover is provided with an air passage having an intake hole for sucking outside air at one end. The other end of the air passage opens to a position immediately before the intake of the cooling air with respect to the cooling fan for cooling the engine. Since the negative pressure is generated at the position immediately before the intake of the cooling air by the rotation of the cooling fan, the negative pressure is used to circulate the air from the outside into the electrical component cover through the air passage to cool the electrical component. .
By the way, as an electrical component, in addition to the above processing apparatus, a communication terminal having a lower heat resistant temperature may be added. Although these electrical components are unitized as electrical component units, the increase in electrical components inevitably increases the size of electrical component units. Difficult to place. Therefore, the electrical component unit is arranged behind the operator seat and directly above the engine room.
However, if the electrical component unit is arranged directly above the engine room, it is likely to be affected by hot air rising from the engine room, so a structure for preventing heat from being transmitted to the electrical component unit is required. In particular, when a communication terminal having a lower heat-resistant temperature is mounted, it is necessary to reliably suppress the thermal influence on the electrical component unit.
Therefore, it is conceivable to employ a cooling structure such as that disclosed in Patent Document 1 behind the operator seat. However, since the electrical component unit is arranged closer to the engine, in order to reliably cool the electrical component unit, there is a problem that a larger amount of air must be fed and the structure becomes complicated. .
On the other hand, a structure in which the upper part of the engine room is covered and sealed so that hot air is not discharged to the upper electrical component unit side is also conceivable. However, since the member for covering the engine room is heated by the hot air, the heat from this member is affected, and the heat influence on the electrical component unit cannot be sufficiently suppressed.
One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic excavator that can reliably suppress the influence of heat from the engine room to the electrical component unit with a simple structure.
A hydraulic excavator of the present invention is a hydraulic excavator provided with an upper swing body, an engine room in which an engine is disposed, a covering member that covers and covers the upper part of the engine room, an electrical component unit having electrical components, And a support member that supports the electrical component unit from below via a spacer, and the electrical component unit is disposed above the cover member via the spacer.
According to the present invention, since the electrical component knit is disposed above the covering member via the spacer, a space substantially parallel to the swiveling surface of the upper swing body is formed between the electrical component unit and the covering member. . For this reason, even if the cover member which covers an engine room becomes hot, propagation of the heat from a cover member to an electrical component unit can be suppressed. In addition, by opening such a space to the outside, fresh air can be circulated in the space by turning the upper revolving body, preventing air from staying in the space and improving the heat insulation effect. be able to. Therefore, the influence of heat from the engine room to the electrical component unit can be reliably suppressed with a simple structure in which a space is formed by the spacer between the electrical component unit and the cover member.

[Schematic configuration of hydraulic excavator]

[Configuration around the cab]

[Configuration of cover and electrical unit]

The front surface portion of the bulging portion is provided adjacent to the seat back 35A of the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the electrical component unit E includes an

In a state where the electrical component unit E is covered with the
In addition to the vertical ribs, vertical ribs (see FIG. 4) are also provided in the

[Insulation structure of electrical component unit]

Here, although a detailed description in the present specification is omitted, the excavator 1 is provided with a tilt mechanism that tilts the
Above
A
The
[Effect of the embodiment]
According to the present embodiment described above, there are the following effects.
That is, since the electrical component unit E is disposed above the
Moreover, since such a
As described above, the influence of heat from the
[Modification]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications, improvements, and the like within the scope that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the
The electrical component unit used in the present invention is not limited to a control device used as a vehicle body controller or a communication terminal for communication, but may be a radio tuner, a battery, or the like. However, when a control device or a communication terminal having a low heat-resistant temperature is used, the effect of the present invention can be made more conspicuous. Therefore, it is desirable to configure an electrical component unit using them.
In addition, the electrical component unit need not be composed of a plurality of electrical components, and may be composed of a single electrical component.
